I recently had my first maintenance service (oil change and tire rotation) for my 2024 Jeep Wrangler SAHARA @ FIELDS CDJR on March 13, 2024 a little after 1:00 pm. My service advisor Angelina provided an Excellent customer service. She’s Professional, Knowledgeable and very Pleasant to work with. I’d like to take this opportunity to acknowledge Paul (Parts Manager) for providing Excellent service last Oct. 7, 2023. He went above and beyond to make sure the Gas Cap with lock cylinder that I purchased was set up for my Key Fob for added security before driving to New Jersey for my Spartan Race. Thank you. Also a shout out to my Sales Rep. Keyon (I love my 2024 SAHARA, sorry I missed you when I was there March 13th, Wednesday) and also a shout out to Kat (Finance Manager). Mike Reed and his team of service reps worked hard to help me get compensation from the dealership that sold me the vehicle. The mechanic (Ron) working on my HC is honestly the best around.
