We are on vacation here in downtown Chicago and had our keyfob stolen. Both Tim (parts) and Haylea (service) assisted with the most profound customer service. They arranged a courtesy pick up, assisted our tow driver, professional, and gave the best service. We bypassed a closer dealer just because of the helpfulness of the dealer team over the phone explaining options. Thank you again

Bougjt used car with so, e weather stripping problems. Theynoffered to gluenit to fix it! After complaining for awhile theynoffered moneynto fix myself. I put$10000 down and financed. After 5 to 6 days offered to finally bring it in and fix it. In the mean time i didnt notice hiw bad rear end damage was my fault to until the next day or 2 when the sun was shining on ot a different angle. Door 's out of wack water leaks. Now that there qilling to fix weather stripping thats the least of my concern. I payed over what car is worth and now only duggestion os of im not happy is to trade it in and tske abother loss! Ive had enough of fields volvo. Want bothing to do with them and would give negative stars if i could. I noticed some dull paint on bumver and sakesman said it was because its a plastic piece. But the whole bumber and quarter panel are dull with glue oozing outbof weather stripping on quarterpanel window. 👎👎👎 Cant give enough thumbs down.

Their customer service is really bad. I was told that parts will come in within a week and then a week became weekssss and NO ONE CALL to let us know. We have to call back to find out. When we called, they can't find my order and told me to bring my car back so that they can check on the parts numbers, which they should given that i was there the last time and they looked at my car. Upon my request, they checked again and then FOUND my records and told me that part would take a few MORE WEEKS!!!!!

Came in with urgent airbag message and left with urgent airbag message, urgent ABS message, wipers that wont turn off (they just pulled the fuse and left it in the fuse box), and turn signals that don't work. All this is the result of them just doing a diagnostic scan. I can go back and have them look at it again for a minimum of $600 - no guarantees on what the final figure will be.

I have owned Range Rovers for 18 years and am giving up. Why? Howard Orloff! They have the worst “service”. They are fully aware there is an issue with their service department and I don’t think they find anyone to hire. Alicia Houston in sales is fantastic and I loved working with her. However, I felt like I was rewarding bad behavior by buying vehicles from them and repeatedly having problems with the service department. In the dozens of times I took my vehicles there- they would always return dirtier than when I brought them in. It’s a disappointment as the vehicle’s themselves were great.

Absolute xxxx! My sister brought her car in for 1 year service, they kept it for 3 days and when it was time to pick it up she asked them why it took so long, they said “oh it’s in perfect condition, you can pick it up.” Meanwhile my sister goss to pick up their car and the Volvo service department cracked their entire windshield without explanation or saying that it was cracked. Sister drove it off the lot to turn around and ask why it was cracked, they said “oh it came in like that”- then after several phone calls they admitted that they cracked it in the car wash from the “water pressure of the hot and cold” but “they are not liable for it.”
Sent my sister a bill for $1500 if they want it replaced.
Tried to call general manager Adam several times but no one ever gets back to us about what happened and they keep saying oh it was there before. Completely unprofessional, never heard of such a terrible experience! Would give a zero star!!! Never work with Nick or Anna the service manager, unless you want to pay for a cracked windshield that you didn’t cause!
