I was very pleased with the entire process of buying my car. I was happy with the negotiations and the finance department found me a great interest rate! The only car purchase I’ve made that was this quick and painless. I’ve bought eight vehicles from dealerships since the 80’s and this was the best experience.by far!

I saw the vehicle that I was interested in online and sent an email. I was contacted by Vincent via text message. I did call to speak to him and told him I was 3 hours away in Indianapolis, but if I am approved for financing for the 2007 GMC Acadia, I don't have a problem driving to the dealership. I have purchased out of state several times, so this was not an issue for me. Vincent told me to do the application and I completed the application on Thursday morning 02/22/18 at 7:30am. I never heard from Vincent until I texted him at 2:30 pm to see if the application had been processed. He texted back to see how much I could put down and I responded. Only to NEVER hear back from him or anyone else from the dealership. I waited until Friday around 4:00 pm to follow up. I called the dealership to speak to someone. I did speak to a man in finance and he said he would have the sales manager call me in the next few minutes. NO CALL BACK!!! I checked online again only to find out the vehicle was no longer available. So, Grossinger ran my credit and never responded to let me know if I was approved or to even let me know the vehicle I was interested in was no longer available. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent people do exist, they are working at Ray Chevrolet Suzuki, Fox Lake, IL. Tim Enzenbacher, works diligently,as well as surprisingly, to help his customer's, seeking a great vehicle for their daily commute. Tim never once gave up on helping me find the perfect, exact vehicle I wished to find. I needed something safe, reliable, and fair on fuel, and this was important, as my youngest is a St. Jude's Children's ReseRch Hospital cancer survivor. My son Jayden was in disbelief, when I showed up in the coolest, safest car. He said, "Daddy, then ran to the front of the car, and actually looked twice at it, asking, is this the car you had, I said, no, it is the same kind, but this time, it's going to be a safe even better car than the last vehicle. Tim, if you are reading this,"Thank You!", and Thank You Mr.Joeseph Nash!. You are considered exceptionaly, kind, people. You were able to make happen what other dealerships either could not do, or just didn't want to. You guys are proof, that there is always a way. God Bless

Had my 2008 XL7 engine replaced due to a bad oil filter from an aftermarket oil change business.
After them having my car for 44 days, (it took two weeks for the engine to be sent from California (I’m in Illinois?) and then they broke a bolt and we had to wait an additional 2 weeks for another engine to be delivered) they agreed to pick up $780.00 out of the $1000.00 rental fee after paying $10,000.00 (that’s correct) for a new engine.
Well 60 days later on my Chase bill is the charge of $780.00. Called Enterprise and they told me that Elmhurst Suzuki never paid the bill that they agreed to, and now they are out of business.
Suzuki’s home office told us that each dealership is independently owned and will not do a thing for us. ? Although the broken parts were caused by the service center.
I will never purchase another Suzuki and once I pay my payment off more, it’s going down the road to some other sucker!!!
If I can find the owner, I will put a small claims suite against him.

Jake Lambert was absolutely the best sales person I have ever dealt with - One of a Kind!
From the start, his friendly manner put me totally at ease. He was very thorough and knowledgeable in his explanation of the vehicle purchase, as well as the vehicle's features. No question I had was left unanswered.
Over all, I was very pleased and more than satisfied with my purchase, and would highly recommend this Dealership! Truly, it was an unusual "Experience!"
