As someone that has purchased almost a dozen vehicles from five to six-figure price points, no dealership has impressed me more than Land Rover South Shore! The initial contact with my salesperson Laura paved the way for an easy, no-hassle, and actually pleasant experience. She was very friendly, responsive, and was available for whatever that was needed to ensure your satisfaction. Laura and Land Rover South Shore had an excellent system set up to reduce the stress and time of agreeing on prices and financing where you can handle 90% of the paperwork at the comfort of your home. This meant that when I did come by to pick up your baby, there was minimum paperwork to sign (even with the purchase being for my LLC and me being from Chicago), and more time with getting know your new car and the abundant amenities/warranties offered through the dealership with your purchase that was so awesomely explained to you by my finance partner, Rick. When we're looking to buy another Land Rover, Land Rover South Shore will be my first choice and first choice for service based on my experience there (which says a lot since I live 90 minutes from the dealership).
