The salesman Dalton Carr was very cordial, honest, no nonsense and so easy to work with. No high pressure sales pitches or gimmicks or add ons, just bottom line pricing that met our research. It was a smooth and enjoyable purchase experience. The business manger Christine Gentry did not make us feel uncomfortable rejecting the numerous warranty plan add-ons she offered us. These would have largely duplicated what was remaining on the factory warranty. She was just doing her job and we enjoyed chatting with her as we wrote the check!!
