Get the car you want with No pressure. - JTLWAR

Ask for Dan Weidner you will get all the help you need. Nice cars on the lot and if you find something on one of there other lots they will bring it to Warsaw. Year, Make and price on the window, doors unlocked walk the lot and look with no salesman with you unless you ask for one. If you find a vehicle you like then go to the office they will pull up all the information on the vehicle and print it out for you to look over there or take it home and check it out. I have never met nicer people to deal with no pressure, friendly and honest. I'll recommend them and go back to look for another vehicle when the time comes.

I purchased my 2001 Honda S2000 from Tony and couldn't be happier. The level of service provided at Gator Motorsport was unmatched with any other dealer in the area. I would absolutely recommend Gator to anyone looking for a new vehicle or to have their vehicle serviced.

The sales staff is remarkably well informed of the - VernonJoyceRX350

The sales staff is remarkably well informed of the vehicles on their lot and went above and beyond the level of service provided. They enthusiastically help with the financing part of the transaction even though I could have done that part myself. I would very much recommend doing business with Howard’s Auto Sales in Michawaka or the Elkhart Indiana lot! Respectfully Vernon Themm

BUYER BEWARE SOME of the vehicles sold by this - Problematic Vehicle

BUYER BEWARE SOME of the vehicles sold by this business may have pre-existing conditions. I purchased a Subaru at the end of January and it had 3 issues. First, the air conditioner did not work because it was void of freon plus the fact that the oring seal on the high pressure side wasn't the right one so the product all leaked out. They paid for this item which was odd. Second it had a major issue with valve body malfunction which in turn set off the dashboard lights disabling many safety features including eyesight and even cruise control. This is a problem with some Subarus. I was even requested the 2nd week of February not to take it to Subaru without discussing with the seller dealership. If you keep driving the vehicle like this with the dashboard lights activating the transmission can be ruined. They suggested taking to Big O tire who don't work on transmissions. All they do is clear the secondary codes which eventually come back. The rear brakes also had only 2mm pad left which is at a critical safety limit and need immediate replacement. It's a good thing I took it to a Subaru Dealership. It cost over 3K to fix these issues. The seller dealership just sat on their hands. Implied that it should be taken to Big O tires, right!? The tires were even under inflated to boot. Vehicles like this shouldn't be on the market without being inspected and/or fixed beforehand. As-is is one thing but this is absurd. If you do want to make offer on a vehicle it's a feasible idea to have THEM take it to a dealership to be inspected first. "We will make this right" is what was stated to me.

Wonderful salesman, Spencer. - surose53

Wonderful salesman, Spencer. Got us into the vehicle we wanted and gave us what we wanted for our trade. The windshield on our new used vehicle was cracked and they replaced it at their cost. This is a great dealership and very friendly and fair.

I exchanged messages with Midwest Motors about a car they - MG

I exchanged messages with Midwest Motors about a car they have in which I have interest. I was able to get there and check the car out, no problem. They come across as good people selling cars, and they have a lot (pun intended) of what looks like some very nice vehicles. If I get serious, I'll get back with them.

Just a complete professional and pleasure to deal with. - Mark

Just a complete professional and pleasure to deal with. Thank you for the experience of dealing with an honest dealership it’s not common I appreciate.

A wonderful overall experience at 45th Street Motors! - AllyBlue

I recently purchased a used Mercedes from Kirk at 45th Street Motors. I got an incredible deal on a loaded car with low miles and all the bells and whistles. I am grateful that they jumped hoops to make sure I got the best rate on financing and they really went above and beyond to make that happen! I would definitely return to Kirk for my next set of wheels. Go to someone you can count on, 45th Street Motors!

I had a great experience they were very polite, - Queen Bee

I had a great experience they were very polite, respectful, no pressure to buy. I was treated like a person not a dumb female, like past experiences from other dealerships. I would recommend them and will buy from again.

Won't be going there again! - Bill123

Decent price and nice store. Once they had my money, they didn't want anything to do with me. Service after sale sucks! Said they would fix things on the vehicle but it took long periods of time and they never fixed everything! I gave up. Had several problems with the vehicle right after purchase. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Recently bought a car from Keith Cramer at Best Deal Auto - tragiccomic

I was very disappointed in my experience with Bob Thomas - thombradshaw

I was very disappointed in my experience with Bob Thomas Ford. The vehicle I was interested in was an import from Canada and based on prior experience Canadian vehicles, due to the weather, often have rust issues particularly on the undercarriage. I specifically asked the "online sales manager" about the condition of the undercarriage and I was assured that is was in "great shape". I was ready to move forward with the purchase but wanted to get a couple of pictures of the underside of the vehicle. When I asked, the online guy passed the sale on to another salesman who sent the pics I asked for and low and behold the undercarriage was, as I suspected, very rusty and corroded. Shady is the word that comes to mind. After pointing out the condition of the vehicle, I did not hear another word from Bob Thomas Ford.

family owned and new. - edlscottpt

family owned and new. Working out some communications kinks, but overall friendly and professional and most of all caring.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE. IT WAS LIKE WORKING WITH AN OLD FRIEND OR YOUR BROTHER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALER.

Exceptional customer service. Gina stayed in constant... - twkendall

Exceptional customer service. Gina stayed in constant contact with me through the entire purchase process keeping me updated. Vigo Dodge is A+ dealer and will make your purchase process as enjoyable as possible. Dealer staff were polite and knowledgable of the vehicles that they represent. Another reason to keep me purchasing Dodge trucks!

We were in a rough spot. - Ben

We were in a rough spot. The dealer went out of their way to make this as easy a transition as possible.

Friendly but not pushy . - duckg

Friendly but not pushy . Good selection of vehicles, and quality low mileage cars and trucks

Just got a sweet used car from these guys. - Dandy

Just got a sweet used car from these guys. They’re awesome – super chill car buying experience. The sales team was great, no pressure, straight answers, and helped me get a good deal. Car is in great shape and price was right. If you're looking for a used car, check them out! Way less stressful than other dealerships.

Brent was very attentive to my inquiries with rapid and - Brink

Brent was very attentive to my inquiries with rapid and helpful responses. He even answered an e-mail on a Sunday. Brent also offered to have the vehicle driven to WI and completing the deal here, which would have saved me about 7 hours of driving round trip. When all was said and done I just couldn't make things work within my budget, but would definitely deal with German Concepts again if things were to change for me and they had another vehicle I liked..

Do not buy from here. - CAROL

Do not buy from here. My friend paid $6000 for a car and motor blew up the next week. Wade told us the car had a different engine with around 40000 miles on it. We called Wade the week before and wanted to return the car. It was still running at that point. He told us too bad the car was not returnable. He did not offer to trade for a different car. My friend is now stuck with a car and payment she cannot drive. What does she do now?

Worst dealership experience I've ever had. - Heather M

Worst dealership experience I've ever had. The salesman we worked with knew very little about any question we asked. I, as a female and in an office position, knew more about the particular vehicle than the young man. His response was simply "I'm not sure" and never asked other individuals to provide us with a true answer. I specifically asked if the vehicle had two keys (it was used) before we even got in for a test drive. After looking at the tag on the key, he said he'd find out. When we returned from the drive and were back in his cubicle, I followed up and surprise surprise he hadn't found out. While agreeing to a price I asked for the 3rd time about the key and he stated he would see as he handed us off to the finance guy. While dealing with finance, our salesman NEVER returned with the key info and unfortunately while dealing with the numbers and signatures I failed to ask the 4th time. Needless to say, I end up with a vehicle that only had one key and they offered NO assistance in getting one. Simply told I would need to talk to the parts department and it would be another $400-$500 I would need to spend. This particular vehicle was purchased brand new from Hobson, that owner had it serviced and Hobson and they was traded-in at Hobson. There is no reason a 2nd key, which is standard, counldn't be provided. Or at least offered something off the price of a new one. Instead I was basically shrugged off and given a vehicle that wasn't detailed when I drove off the lot. They swore up and down that it was, but my 7yr old nephew would have done a better job wiping down the interior. The same salesman that was useless for lack of better wording, also shook our hands and said he couldn't offer all weather floor mats, but would be sure we had a full tank of gas. Surprise again....we received a half tank. When we questioned this, we were told that policy is that used vehicles only get a half tank. That's fine, but your salesman said a full tank. You should honor what you say. Also, this salesman never so much as touched the door handle of the vehicle to show me anything in or on the car. Never explained features or components. None the less, I will NEVER return to Hobson and tell everyone looking to stay clear as well. My family purchased a similar vehicle just 2 weeks prior from another dealership and the treatment couldn't have been more polar opposite. Terrible knowledge. Terrible salesman. Terrible customer service. STAY AWAY!

Test drove the car and the check engine light was on and - bgallon

Test drove the car and the check engine light was on and the car smelled like someone had been chain smoking in the car. Car drove fine and I figure a little tlc and it would be a decent first car for my 16yr old daughter who just got her license. Well the next day my daughter and her mother went to purchase the car. They paid for the car then proceeded to drive the car down the street to the nearest gas station. They put gas in the car and as soon as they got back on the road the car catches on fire. This was very scary for my daughter and when they called the dealer back instead of him being concerned he asks if they had insurance on the car. Now a total of 17 minutes had passed from the time they left the lot till the time the car catches on fire and you being the dealer asks if they have insurance. Really?? They were only 3 miles from the lot. Please if anyone decides to go here and purchase a car be very careful and drive straight to a mechanic to get it looked at or better yet bring a mechanic with you to the dealership and have them check it out there.

I inquired about a vehicle and never heard back. - Surferclg1981

I inquired about a vehicle and never heard back. I also believe they are advertising vehicles that are not true to the ad.

Omega helped me find a car that I would like, answered - ABunn03

Omega helped me find a car that I would like, answered all questions I had about it and made sure I was happy before even talking to me about potentially buying the car. I was a little unhappy when it came time to purchasing the car but it was also my first time financing a car. The sales people at Omega Autosports are top notch people and will not screw you over on a vehicle if you’re not happy with it.

Awful business - Trucksguy2

Drove over 2 hours to test drive a truck after I talked to them on the phone that morning. Arrived at the business and nobody was there. Called their cell phone over 10 times and no answer. Awful business. I wouldn't buy a toy car from them let alone a real car.

Buyer Beware. - DIANE_C

Buyer Beware. Fraudulent business practices. Sold me a vehicle and certified the mileage at 95,100. 6 days later the vehicle died and I was told it needed a new engine. When I ran the CarFax I found that the odometer had been turned back and it actually has > 235,000 miles! I have tried to work with them but have been repeatedly brushed off. I am pursuing several avenues for resolution.
