We purchased a new KIA Sportage Hybrid, and they had the - Hawkeye

We purchased a new KIA Sportage Hybrid, and they had the exact car we wanted. We have had it 1 year and have it serviced there every 5000 mi. and the Maintenance Dept have done a good job and kept us up to date on tire tread, cabin & air filters and other small things that will keep our car running no matter where we are traveling. Great people and easy to get appointments and easy to work with. The Shottenkirk team is tops.

Everything was great until I picked my car up and the - teresaoaks1

Everything was great until I picked my car up and the hood was misaligned. When I called to tell y'all, I was dismissed and was told it was pre-existing issue. That there was front end damage and there was something off with the latch. If that was truly the case why was this not mentioned during the inspection of the vehicle? Was not mentioned when I came to pick it up. My car was also at another shop before y'all so I did call and they inspected the same day I picked up from Toyota. They said the hinge was broke on the passenger side where all the work that was done by Toyota. Everything they did was under the car. They said it appears that a tool was left and my hood was shut causing the hinge to break. I called the MarcMac police department and Chief Robert Millen advised the prior shop too call you and talk mechanic to mechanic before and see if there could be a resolution. They didn't want to waste time calling, so they decided it would be cheaper to order the part and fix it themselves. You could check y'all's cameras and see when I brought it to you on 10/01/26 my hood was not damaged. Also, there are two other places we could request footage from that would my car not damaged after leaving Prairie Du Chien, WI shop and also when I got gas the day of coming to Anderson Toyota that my hood was aligned perfectly. I have pictures of hood misaligned and also the hinge that is clear of rust, if needed. I spent $2817.98 at Anderson and was dismissed when I called back in. I will never come back to y'all again.

I never heard back from anyone from the dealership. I'm not going to be working with them

There was a problem a week after the sale and they would - juliadream68

There was a problem a week after the sale and they would not even consider working with me on it. I understand it's sold as-is but I was told by other dealers that they would at least try to help with it if it was them. Not Bigfoot Auto. And after I wrote a negative review of my experience, a co-owner wrote a very long rebuttal that belittled and bad-mouthed me. I will never step foot on their lot again and advice others to do the same.

Honest Dealership - Happyearl

I am one very happy customer. I found the truck I was looking for on Carguss. I find this dealership to be very honest and respectful. The truck was in perfect condition. They worked on the AC and on my way home to TN the AC quit working. Todd paid half the bill to get my AC working. This dealership was under no obligation to help me out like that. The one problem I have is that this dealership isn't located closer to Nashville TN. Because I would confidently send everyone I know to get a fair deal on a used vehicle. Thank You Todd. I love the truck. Earl

Never got back to me after I contacted them several times. All I wanted was vehicle information or what was available and nothing. So I feel like they have all the customers they need.

Think Twice Before Buying Here I trusted New Horizons - lacasadepajaros

Think Twice Before Buying Here I trusted New Horizons Auto Center based on their image. That was a mistake. After my experience and research, it’s clear this dealership is building its reputation on unsafe, defective vehicles and zero accountability. I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma here during the weekend. Right after buying it, I noticed something felt wrong. Two days later, I took the truck to an official Toyota inspection, and they told me the vehicle was extremely unsafe to drive — for me, my family, and for others on the road. The repair costs were estimated to be higher than the entire value of the truck due to serious structural issues that had clearly been hidden. When I returned to the dealership seeking a solution — whether a partial refund, a fair exchange, or any support — their only answer was: "Find a lawyer." No help. No responsibility. No concern for my safety or that of others. ⚠️ The Real Problems You Should Know: They hide information about major vehicle problems. They sell cars without proper inspections or regard for safety. They protect themselves under an "As-Is No Warranty" agreement. They have no post-sale support — once you sign, you're alone. Multiple reviews mention Vehicle Quality Concerns, Lack of Transparency, and even Questionable Review Practices. I've bought cars before at other dealerships, and the difference is huge — other places actually help you when something serious comes up. New Horizons Auto Center doesn’t. If you value your money, your time, and your family's safety, avoid this place. It is thousands of times safer to buy from a private seller than from a dealership that refuses to stand behind what they sell. A dealership’s real reputation is not built by five-star fake reviews but by how they handle real problems. Here, they fail. If management cares about their name, they should start by protecting their customers, not abandoning them. Please read the negative reviews carefully — they all tell the same real story.
