I purchased my 2020 telluride Sept 29, 2025, I have had - Jojojohns3

I purchased my 2020 telluride Sept 29, 2025, I have had many issues including engine replacement prior to my purchase that was not disclosed to me. They think replacing an engine and not disclosing it is legal. I have escalated my complaint and concern only to be intimidated and threatened with their legal team. Don’t ever work with them! They are not interested in helping customers they are interested in the money making! They are not at all a trustworthy company. Definitely do the research before stepping foot onto one of their lots. To “fix” the situation they recommended I trade up and not only over double my payment but tripling the loan to rollover $14,000 in negative equity too. They are the problem!!!

Definitely don't recommend no one to buy a car from this - everlyvar

Definitely don't recommend no one to buy a car from this dealer. They are a bunch of scammers. Sell me a Subaru Baja 2003 for $10,000 and another $500 for the sale taxes which I did not gave them with over 2,000, mi and a lot of issues just to mention a few front and rear suspensions are worn out check engine light on and need a new Cadillac converter that's why they don't give you no warranty. How can someone price a vehicle with all them issues for that much money? They pretend they are there to help you get a vehicle. All they want to do is rip you off

Outstanding service and professionalism. Always... - Mexhawk

I loved dealing with Brett he seems to be honest and - Mark from Arkansas

I loved dealing with Brett he seems to be honest and caring about his customers needs. If he gets another car I like I wouldn't hesitate to drive the 460 miles one way again. It's far but we'll worth the drive.

Great place to do business. Very honest and straight forward. I've know the family for many years. And this was my first purchase and I am very pleased. They represented the vehicle very honestly and had everything ready at my arrival.

We purchased a vehicle from Bob Brown on Merle Hay in - kyletipling

We purchased a vehicle from Bob Brown on Merle Hay in January. There were a few things that needed addressed on the vehicle and Marc, the salesman had told us he would check on the service requests in the system and get back to us. We called probably 15 different times (on different days, spread out) to try to get an answer and resolution on a few things that needed addressed. He would either dodge our phone calls or tell us to use our warranty instead. We ended up trading the vehicle in for a different one in August. The (not Bob Brown) dealership let us know that our unused warranty would be credited back in a prorated amount for what was left. We waited the expected amount of days for the check to come, and it never did. We have now called and visited Bob Brown on Merle Hay over five times in the last two weeks attempting to get an answer as to where the check is. We've not received a single call back and if we ever get to the manager, Tim, he says he'll check on it. We call back again, and we typically get voicemail now. I do not recommend this dealership at all, as it has been nothing but a chase and a headache. Their customer service sucks.

As Always - pheasant

I have purchased many vehicles from Deters and as always they are the best dealership I have ever dealt with. From the sales to the service I could not ask for anything more.

A warning light came on (Service Engine Soon) and they pinpointed the problem and it hasn't been on since then. I also was able to get my car serviced at the same time.

Handed keys to a car that was very tightly parked. - jjsdad2

Handed keys to a car that was very tightly parked. Took for test drive. Salesman refused to sell the car as it had an issue. Told him to call me when issue was fixed. Issue fixed, car on line for sale,.Never received a call. Found the same car with less mileage elsewhere for 20% less. So I bought it instead.
