Quick, Easy, and Excellent Experience! - braehpour
I just leased a new 2019 Mazda3 from Davis-Moore, and it was hands down the easiest purchase I have ever made! My sales person was Ryan Schauf. He was friendly and responsive when I asked about the availability of the car I was looking at online, and when I came to look at it, the vehicle was clean, warmed up, and ready for a test drive. He drove first to really show off some features of the vehicle I had no idea were even there, and then he directed me on a preset route (although he was willing to let me pick some of the streets I wanted to test as well). He was extremely professional and I never once felt rushed or pushed into buying anything.
When it came time to talk price, I spoke with Ryan, but also the sales manager Chris Meek. Both of them really went above and beyond to get me a great deal! They immediately gave me an excellent price, and I appreciated that there was little need to go back and forth to get a good price. Chris was fantastic!
When I was ready to move to finance, they were busy! I had to wait a short time before going in, but their waiting area is loaded with TVs, snacks, drinks, and even classic arcade machines that were set to free play to keep me occupied! I've never seen that before! I put in some time trying to beat the high score on Donkey Kong while I waited, and that passed the time quickly. This will be very nice when I come back for service as well!
When it came time to meet with the finance manager, I worked with Dominic Feld. He was quick, efficient, and amazing to work with! Like most people, I'm usually I'm on edge when it comes to the financing side of buying, but my experience with Dom was calm and relaxed. He really made me feel at ease. Dom respectfully offered some products that he thought would compliment my new vehicle, and I made sure to take advantage of a few of them like the Wheel and Tire protection (especially with how much construction we have. I've lost too many tires to nails and screws the past few years!). But what I really liked was that he never pushed me into anything I wasn't interested in. Similar to when we discussed the price of the car, if I declined a service, there was none of the back and forth for hours like many other place I have bought before, and I was in and out of the finance office within 10 or 15 minutes. Lightning fast compared to some of my past experiences! In fact, the whole experience was quick, as from the time I arrived for a test drive to driving away with my new car, I was only there for a little over an hour and a half! It was the fastest buying experience I've ever had, and I have to say it's because of their professionalism and efficiently.
Finally, when I was finished with financing, Ryan had gotten the car cleaned up and ready for me to drive away. He had even already moved the plate from my trade in over to my new one! Before I left, he went over a few more features to make sure I knew what everything did and how to properly operate my new car, and even helped me move some of my things over from the car I traded in.
Davis-Moore Mazda, you were amazing, and really made my purchase feel special. Thank you to everyone for making my car buying experience easy, quick, and honestly enjoyable! Ryan, Chris, and Dom really went above and beyond! If anyone is looking for a new or used car from Davis-Moore, I wholeheartedly recommend working with them!
The reasons I will not buy from Joe Self BMW - Rhonda Wills
I leased a BMW 328i from Joe Self about 8 years ago. I had a continuing problem with the seat belt extender - the seat belt snapped off the extender every time I got in the car and tried to buckle the driver's seat belt. I went back to the dealership time after time (all while the car was under warranty) and the service department told me that it was a design defect that BMW was aware of. The seat belt extender was replaced several times - it worked for a few weeks, then the seat belt began to snap off the extender. The last time I took the car in to be fixed, the service manager told me that it was as good as it was going to get and they would not repair the car again. When the lease expired, I turned the car in and explained that I was very disappointed in the service and response. The manager I talked to at that time was very cold. I next bought a Mini from a Kansas City dealer, and then a BMW X3i from the Kansas City dealership, solely because of my bad customer service experience at Joe Self. When I recently got notice that my BMW was due for yearly service, I called Joe Self BMW dealership since I live in Wichita and asked for an appointment for service. I have to assume that Joe Self BMW is reimbursed by BMW for annual maintenance and Joe Self is not doing the annual maintenance out of the goodness of its heart. I asked for a loaner car since that is one of the advertised "perks" of Joe Self. I was abruptly told that at the direction of Mr. Self, that the dealership would not provide loaner cars to those BMW owners who did not purchase the car from dealership. I love the cars, but the dealership leaves a lot to be desired and will certainly not get my business in the future. Cannot recommend this dealership to anyone.

Sales department was great. Finance department has been a nightmare to deal with I was scammed into getting the extended warranty. Cause they said it would change my interest rate after I found out it wouldn’t I cancelled it. Then I’ve been trying to get a Leon release but they haven’t cleared out the loan cause they “ didn’t have the funds” then only paid the original 10 day pay off on day 22 so of course they owe more and haven’t paid it. Well I sure feel sorry for the guy that bought it and is waiting on a title

Todd and his team made our experience incredibly easy! We had done our research and had an idea of what we wanted. They were great about getting a CX-5 ready for us to test drive before we even got there! Once we decided what to purchase, the entire process from arriving at the dealership to financing to driving off the lot was about an hour. The trade offer on my car was very fair and now they have a customer for life!
