I have purchased 3 Hondas from Alton Blakely Honda over the last 20 years a CRV, Element and my current Fit Sport. Honda is the car most are compared to, I have had a great experience with all 3 cars. Brian, Adam and David in the Service Department have went out of their way to assist with general maintenance and the odd issue that comes up when you drive a car for well over 125,000 miles. The parts department has always been prompt with parts that have to be ordered for older cars (no one can keep all parts available for older cars) Great people to do business with.

I have been going to Bill Cole for maintenence for 9 yrs. everyone is always courteous. Yesterday when I was there for a oil change, the man that checked me out could care less if I could find a discount on my app. I always have a discount with a coupon in the mail or on my phone. He didn’t bother to help. Oil change cost much more than previous. Other than yesterday I’ve had no complaints.

we've had our accord for two years, it has 41xxx miles on it. my wife has it seviced regularly. today was the first time i went with her. someone from service brought the air cleaner in and asked if we wanted it changed. the filter was in terrible shape so i asked my wife if it had ever been replaced but she didnt know. i went out in the service department and asked and they told me no. i also asked if it had been checked before and he told me it is checked at every service. i told him i didnt think that filter got that dirty since the last service his reply was "well i dont know what to tell you". according to the owners manual the air cleaner should be replaced every 15xxx miles.
we take our car to honda to keep it in the best possible shape thinking honda service would take care of our needs.
obviously, we have been making a mistake!! i guess i should check it over, wonder what else has been overlooked!!

Please be careful when you get your car serviced here. I had an extended warranty on my CRV due to a oil consumption issue (that's a whole other story..) and while they re-built the engine for free it seems they lacked one major skill. THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LOWER MOUNTING BOLT. My engine gave out about 4 months after the engine rebuild. I had to get my car towed and fixed by somebody who is actually trained on working with cars. It was the lower torque mount bolt that had come undone and he fixed it- all the while saying it is 100% true that it was put in during the re-build improperly. Honda of Frankfort that the bolt came out in a parking lot and not the interstate- could have caused a wreck and/or injury/death. They are lucky I am not suing them- I am just asking for reimbursement.

I took my Honda Civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager suggest I have the 25K mile service. My car has a 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty. The bill was $385.00. I was shocked. The less than 2 year old Civic had it's transmission fluid changed, brake fluid changed, a radiator flush and refill, brake inspection etc. These items were above and beyond the recommended maintenance on the Honda website and manual. My complaint was Herb Pistole, service manager, not disclosing this would be so expensive and not covered by my warranty. The quality of work was ok but excessive maintenance done. I tried to contact the dealership owner Mr. Sim Fryson. He had his assistant call me after I address a complain letter to him personal and confidential. I asked why Mr. Fryson would not call me personally, I was told he is a busy man. A less than 2 year old car should not be causing me stress. It has been over a week and the dealer has made no effort to correct this situation. I called two other local dealers. The price for 25K maintenance should be $89 to $119. I did contact Honda, the Kentucky Atty. General but have not yet received any response.

Had an appointment for a CRV to be serviced at 11:00 and got in on time. Waiting room was huge and very comfortable. It had tv and phone charging station. Representative came out and gave me updates on how things were going throughout the process. Everything was explained to me in great detail. Facility was very nice and clean, all employees were friendly and helpful. Glad I went to this dealer for service job. Completely satisfied.
