"Engine problems "

Could not get engine problem solved locally (Madison In). Came back to Honda World where I Purchased my Honda Odyssey and problem was diagnosed as transmission fluid breakdown. Who would have thought. Problem covered under extended warranty. No charge. Great experience. Great service. Mike Kavanaugh was my service rep. Have always gone to Mike and he could not have done a better job of representing Honda World. Could not find him listed but please give him a five star rating for me. "Mouse nest in the fit!!! "

All the staff were empathetic of my mousecarteer, lol. They got the dead mouse smell out and the nest and the two live ones! I always have a super satisfying experience at this service department. I have had four Honda’s and use this location for all my vehicle purchases and maintenance.

"Marshall always does a great job!"

We have dealt with Marshall and Swope for many years. We started in the"Big Lot" with used cars. We have purchased cars and a full size conversion van with Marshall. "What is that noise?"

I appreciate good service, especially when car repairs can be very expensive. I was greeted promptly and even though my appointment was showing up, she didn't hesitate and got me taken care of right away. The price to replace the shield that had been dragging was reasonable and Kathy let me know I needed an oil change also. Everything was taken care of promptly and I missed very little work.

I receive excellent service every time I visit the Honda World service center. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they do a great job of managing expectations. They let me know approximately how long it will take before they begin. The facilities are very nice and comfortable if you choose to wait as well. If any extra work is needed they make sure to explain it to you and receive approval first and I know that I’m getting quality work done at a fair price. I have only had positive experiences from Honda World!!
