I was extremely impressed with Morgan. She put a lot of effort in to make sure my car was connected to the internet, that my navigation system was working and that I was able to extend my contract for internet connection. Morgan went above and beyond. She was professional and pleasant during the entire experience.

The overall experience was great. The staff were super courteous & the entire car buying process went a lot quicker than going to a dealership. I would've given 5 stars but the shipping on the vehicle i chose took 19 days, when originally it was stated that it would only take 7-10 days. The shipping fee is originally paid was refunded because it took longer than anticipated, so I was happy about that.
