It took over 4 full days to diagnose the probelm, which was ultimately accomplished by a call to Chrylser (something that should have been considered as an alternative after one day of the complete inability to determine why the 1.5 year old Grand Cherokke was stalling). The service department was unprofessional, complete with leaving me on hold fro a period of time and hanging up, rather than admitting that they were inexcusably behind schedule.
