The service staff was extremely helpful and supportive, my service advisor, Elvis, greeted me when I pulled in to the service area and provided status updates on the work being performed - communication was always clear and informative, and not rushed. This was my first time using Porsche Silver Spring to service my 911 GTS, the quality of service and customer focus was impressive, truly my best dealer service engagement ever - I will return for future service needs. Also had positive support from Elvis’s colleagues - Kofi and Brian. Lastly, I had the opportunity to meet and converse with the service manager, Linda - found her very engaging and supportive, with a clear focus on delivering high quality service.

Great service. I had my tires replaced for a very good price and Phil was very helpful. I live in VA and this is about an hour away but this place is night and day compared to Porsche Arlington. Porsche Bethesda makes you want to buy a Porsche vs Porsche Arlington service makes you want to sell it.
