This is absolutely the single worst customer service experience of my adult life and I am 52 years old. I purchased a private sale RV and I needed an inspection on the functional systems of the RV and its overall safety. They only did about 80% of what should have been inspected, gave me excuses for the remaining 20% of the unfinished work… then didn’t want to give me my unit on a Saturday. A word to the wise… go to literally ANY OTHER dealership… this place has no clue what customer service is. I’ve s-open to two other friends who also had horrible experiences. Stay Away!

Do not go to Cheseco RV for service. Dropped my RV for a single repair. Months later I was contacted to pick up my unit. At first glance I saw the rear door ajar and found it unlocked. Upon inspection I found both the stock family room TV and the bedroom TV missing. Further inspection revealed over $1000 of property had been stolen. Contacted the Frederick store and Steve Shapiro to advise of theft. I never received one single reply or acknowledgement of theft.
