My husband a starter replaced there o a truck that was 2 years old, when he went to pick it up they told him he had a bad battery and needed to replace it, he declined, thought about it and decided to have the battery checked at another service station, well the battery test came back and the battery was like new! Don’t know what they are doing at this dealership but sounds a little shady to me. I would tell people to avoid this dealership!

No one answers the phone, and the online scheduler does not work! How in the world does one schedule an appointment? Nonexistent customer service, is poor customer service.

I bought this car (2014 ford explorer sport) and have had nothing put problems from day one. Shame on me for not looking it over better. The touch screen didn’t work, however I didn’t even know it was a touch screen until I realized I couldn’t do necessary things without it. So they put in a different/used touchscreen. It worked however I couldn’t control the bass on the radio. It’s way too high for my liking. He promised me another one, every time I called he said it was on its way or would be here at the end of the week. This went on for months. After a while I just gave up. I realized he was just stringing me along. The salesman was great. The kid in charge of service not so much. The car in general is the worst car I’ve ever bought.

I brought my 2004 Saab in to see what a rt front noise was. I was told I needed sway bar and strut cap. Total $600. I them brought it to my local foreign car independent shop and was told that a flex pipe clamp had broken allowing the pipe to rattle. Every thing else was fine. Total repair. $15. Do not trust Hyannis Saab. They charge for unneeded repairs. They could car less about Saabs.

STAY AWAY from the service dept. My check engine soon light came on. We first took it to allied auto and they came up with a code in 2 minutes and told me what the part would cost. All that service was FREE. We took it to the dealership hoping to get more details on a code. The only thing they came up with was the same code as allied did for 175.00. if we wanted to know more it will cost about 5,000 more. This is just to find out what’s wrong!!! The deal ship said they needed the car longer as they have to take off the oil pan that would be 8 hours and then look at the timing chain and that would be 22 more hours all at 175.00/hour. Save your money and get it checked for free somewhere else. This place will take your money with a smile and you will come out no further ahead,but certainly broker than when you went in!
