Love this place! Service is the best. Service writers are very nice and knowledgeable. They always accommodate me, even when i don't have an appointment. The lady valet is super nice!! Car fixed on time and under budget. Will return.

My overall experience was fantastic. My car sustained some water damage during a big storm. Everyone went above and beyond to explain the problem and assist me while contacting the insurance company. The entire repair went smoothly. I really appreciated the professionalism and kindness from the entire staff.

"Poor customer service and product knowledge"

The alarm on my Elantra kept going off constantly, so I brought it to them. They're about 45 minutes away from my house. Brian at the service counter me it was a simple fix. He installed a $3 rubber gasket that he said would fix an issue that my model car was having with the hood not closing properly. Within 20 minutes, he told me it was a fixed and off I went home thinking everything was fine. Well, at 11:30 that night, much to the dismay of my neighbors and me, my alarm goes off again. I called Brian again the next morning and he tells me to bring it again on Saturday...so, off I go on another 45 minute trip each way to have them take a look. I actually had a real mechanic work on it this time, but he didn't fare any better. After 10 minutes, he hands me my keys back and tells me it's all fixed, but that night at 12:30, my alarm goes off again. I called Brian and asked him if I could disarm the horn. He said he'd have to call me back. My friend Brian never called me back though and when I left a voicemail the following Monday, he also never returned that call. Very disappointing, Brian. You are truly unprofessional after what you put me through and you don't have the decency to return my call? These dopes couldn't even fix their own brand, but a guy in Fall River found out it was my keyless entry that was causing it because the rubber button on top of it was somehow pushing the button down. He fixed it for free by pulling off the rubber button! I will never go there again. It's pretty simple.

"Excellent on routine maintenance and on a complex issue."

Have purchased first an Azera and now a Sonata from Tufankjian. The routine maintenance visits have been handled professionally and on a timely basis. Had a scratch on the new Sonata and this was repaired quickly with no problems. A few months later we had a problem with the backup mirrors. This took two or three visits to resolve but was handled very professionally and to our full satisfaction. The service desk personnel have been excellent to deal with as were the sales people we interacted with. I would (and have) highly recommend(ed) Tufankjian to friends and strangers.

I brought my vehicle in because it needed an AC compressor, and with all this hot weather I couldn't travel with no AC. Bill was quick to diagnose the problem and even though I made my appointment last minute, and there were other vehicles to attend to, he stayed late to make sure my compressor was fully installed and my AC was working. I'm so happy I beat the heat this week with my new compressor! Thank you Bill and the entire service team at Tufankjian Hyundai for a wonderful experience!
