People can say what they want about Dealerships charging... - HEADHUNTERTOM
People can say what they want about Dealerships charging more for the same work that an Independent Service Station may charge. I have always had my vehicle serviced at the MFGR Dealership because I know the vehicle will be serviced by a factory trained technician and and that the replacement parts will be OEM. I cannot remember the last time I had to bring my car back to a dealer service tech because the problem still persisted or the work was done wrong or the wrong part or inferior product was used. The sales people and service advisors at Sentry South have always been very cordial and consumate professionals even when dealing with irate customers - (overheard phone conversation) Today's vehicles are too complicated to trust that a technician employed by an independent would be as equally qualified as a technician employed by a Mfgr's Dealer.

We trust the mechanics, we like the service and feel comfortable working with the service desk. The work done on our PT Cruiser has been good and the prices have been fair. The waiting room could be better (quite cold in the winter) but is adequate. There is no high pressure sales talk.
