Went in for new brakes and tires. Was originally told it would take approximately 6 hours. I did not have a set time so was fine with it. Received an update 2 minutes before the original time of service appointment that it would not be ready until 6:00PM. Having issues with timeliness in the past I arrived at 6:03PM to find that the service department was closed. No one at any point told me that they would be closing and to be there early to get my car. When I arrived home I reviewed the bill and my car to find that they did the lower brand of tires from what we originally agreed upon for the same price. Have used this dealership many times for service in the past but will no long continue to do so.

Hi All - Just thought I’d share my 10 years’ experience with the service department at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram 24 in Brockton. I’ve been having my car serviced there for as long as I’ve owned my car and the service has always been honest, fair, respectful and reliable. I have never had to go back after getting my car serviced. They do it right the first time, every time. They service any and all vehicle makes and models. Just giving them the recognition they deserve. Finding a service center you can trust is rare. That’s why I’m sharing my experience with all of you!

She got my FJ in, belt replaced and kept me informed of progress. Excellent tech work. Outstanding Customer Service, 5 Star. Natasha is the best.

Tomas was incredibly responsive to all my questions and worked hard to meet my needs on the deal. Steve did a great job lining up financing and made the entire process extremely easy. On a minor issue prior to my taking possession of the car, the entire team was efficient and 100% dedicated to getting me what I wanted. Would definitely recommend this dealership and salespeople to others. A great experience and I love the car.

I cannot over-emphasize just how amazing Holly Lima is. I worked overnight and on finishing work, found that my car would not start. I called AAA roadside service, and they came to jumpstart my vehicle and told me that my batteries were rundown and needed to be charged. I called Acura of Peabody and was told by Holly Lima to bring my car in to get checked out. Immediately I arrived there, she attended to me and made sure my vehicle was fast-tracked to the front of the line, and in a short period, she came back to inform me that my car battery needed to be replaced. The brake fluid needed to be flushed, and I asked if it were something I would be interested in taking care of. I agreed to the repairs, and it was promptly taken care of. My car was brand new all over again. Holly Lima is professional, courteous and very helpful. She is attentive to the needs of your customers and is a prime example of the excellent service that is evident and pervasive in Acura of Peabody. I was blessed to have her take care of my automotive problems. If I would be so bold, I dare say she deserves a raise for her excellent and amazing service. Your establishment is lucky to have her.
