Repairs - Kathy B
I took my car in for mirror repair and when I returned I found my vehicle on a hoist. When I inquired about why my vehicle was up with the wheels off, I was informed that when they were doing their point inspection, Mike noticed that my back brakes were worn down. Matt told me that he could not let me drive the car until my brakes were fixed. The repairs were on them because my vehicle is new. He put me in a loaner and I left.
I really appreciated the attention and service I received. My vehicle was ready the next day!
Great Dealership - W8OQ
Mr. Bautista, our salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to carefully adjust the seats for my wife who has back problems and explain all the technology on the RDX (which is extensive!) and walk us through all the paperwork. One of our best purchase experiences in many new car searches. BTW, the waiting room has the best auto coffee machine - actually starts with whole beans! And also has cookies, bars, drinks of various sorts and even recycles the trash. Great dealership. Ask for Lindo Bautista.
First Rate Service - Shailynn
I walked into Suburban Acura and met Mike Onwuegbuna a car dealer. Mike was efficient, and very professional. I came into that dealership on a Friday at 515, took the MDX for a ride and was signing papers by 6pm. The negotiation process was very fair. This dealership wants to sell cars with NO PRESSURE. I will go back to Mike to meet my Acura needs.
No loaners available - Acuraworstdealer
They have very few loaners, every time you have to bargain for a loaner. Doesn't feel like you own a luxury car. Long wait time for service appointment at least 2 weeks and after taking appointment you should pray to god that it doesn't get re-scheduled.
Beware, Fox Motors will try to take advantage of you! - Matthew S.
My wife and I were long time Fox customers. After our last experience, no more. We no longer trust them. I looked at an Accord that had not been through inspection yet. The Sales Manager told me the dents in the hood would be taken care of. I liked the car so I waited. The hood was damaged further and the paint was broken so they put touch up paint on it. The work is so bad you can see it in their online photos. Basically, they half-assed the repair and then the Sales manager tried to charge me an extra $1,000 to fix it the way it should have been from the beginning. As if that wasn't bad enough they insisted my trade was worth thousands less than book value. They were trying to rob me of my positive equity. My lease buy-out was $3000-$5000 less than retail value and $1000 less than trade value. I said no way and got out of there! Do your homework and know your worth!
UPDATE: Senior Management reached out to me only to fail at talking out of both sides of his mouth. Apparently the "Fox family" is full of red headed step children.
