we showed up at lunch time with the engine light on. Most of the service dept. was at lunch so a salesman named John Quierr helped us . They did a computer check and showed a part was bad and they had the part. They put it in and we were off to our granddaughters house to get her. This was all with a one half hour. THANK YOU Bookwalter's team.

Quality sales and service - jmiesen4
I can't imagine anyone giving low ratings to the quality of sales and service people at Anschuetz Chevrolet. I have been a satisfied customer at Anscheutz Chevrolet for well over thirty years. I have brought my daughter, my son-in--law AND my granddaughter into this business for auto service and auto purchases. They have all been treated with respect, with detailed explanations(when needed) and with friendliness and honesty.

Honest. Helpful. Fair. Willing to go the extra mile to assist service customers. The best service experience I have had in over 50 years of dealing with dozens of dealerships. The main reason that I continue to buy my vehicles from them.

It is close to an hour's drive for me to get to Nester's - ismilelots
It is close to an hour's drive for me to get to Nester's in Roscommon. But it is a drive I will take every time I need service, and a drive I will make when I buy my next Chevy. Everyone there treats you like they are glad you came in. They always have a loaner car ready and available so I don't have to miss work. They also take the time to research all of Chevy's recalls and service suggestions (other dealers make you do the research) and they make sure it's done right before giving you your vehicle back.. I haven't had to pay for any service I've had because of this.
They do not support cancer. - Cancer
They do not support cancer. I was fired because I caught cancer. They are horrible people. Money is there only goal even over a worker health.
I had an appointment to get my car serviced at 9AM Monday... - rmdeyoung45
I had an appointment to get my car serviced at 9AM Monday morning. they took my car in right away and in about twenty or thirty minutes came out and told me what the problem was and that they had the part to fix it. Told me that it would be about an hour and a half and asked if I planned to wait for it. I told them yes I would. At ten AM they came out with the keys and said That I was all set. I went to the window and paid my bill. After getting home and looking more closely at the bill I noticed that I was charged $287.92 for labor. Also on the bill it stated that their labor rate is $115.00 per hour. My car was in the service area for one hour give or take five minutes yet I was charged $287.92 for labor! That is two and a half times their stated rate of $115.00 per hour on the invoice. When I called and asked about it I was told that the "company" allowed X number of time for each procedure/part that they replace and that is how they come up with the labor amount no mater what the actual time is. It seems very deceptive to me that their labor rate is published on their invoice but then bill you from a different scale. Feeling a little "taken".
