My salesman, Andrew Ferguson was very easy to work with. He started our relationship by responding to my query online. After ten or more e-mails over the course of a few days, I went into the dealership for a face-to-face meeting. Once again, Andrew bent over backwards to find ways to make my final payment lower. Then, with assistance from Joe Hanks, the value of my trade in was raised which allowed the dealership to meet the monthly payment I required. This was the fourth vehicle I've purchased from Sundance since 1984. With treatment like this I will continue to return.
On the downside (and these things are nitpicking) on the Saturday morning we went to get the truck (with prior credit approval), we were made to wait far too long to get paperwork finalized and signed. Also, the truck had not been washed (but it did have a full tank of gas).
