Randy was awesome, I didn't think I'd be able to find anything nice in my price range. But he found two cars and helped me with all my questions. I'm very happy with the new car and the service from Randy and the team!

Do not go here. Bought a van. Was told it had pulsar lights and theft protection. But then they charged me. I was charged 399 for activation for the pulsar. At least I got my money back on that. But when I got the loaner the charge for activation was 299. Guess they tried to get another 100 from me. Called the service manager about it and he hung up on me twice. Said I swore at him which I did not. Then when I went to pick up the car I tried the locks on the sliding door Didn't lock. Then saw seat was torn They told me they would fix it but not until Thursday. Took it home and learned one seat didn't fold down and it was leaking a yellow substance. They did come and pick it up and give me a loaner. When I drove the car I bought off the lot it was on empty for gas. When I got the loaner car it had minimal gas I still don't have the car I bought. I was offered to get it back sooner if it was only half fixed. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

This dealership has all liars and thief. They did a switch on me the car we made the deal on is not the car that I pick up from them. I called to talk to them about and they called me a liar. I will never buy anything from them again not even a stick of gum

Since 1986 I have purchased 4 new vehicles from Wayzata Mitsubishi. The sales team has always been helpful and courteous. Never pushy. They have never tried to "push" a car on me, they have always helped me find the right car for me. <br><br>More important than the sales, is the Service Department. On these 4 cars, I have put on over 625,000 miles. With that amount of driving, service is needed once in awhile. NEVER have I had to return my car because the work wasn't done right the first time. That's impressive. These guys are great!<br><br>The reason I keep returning to Wayzata Mitsubishi is because they haven't given me a reason NOT to. I look forward to purchasing my next car there.
