THEY LIED BY TELLING ME I COULDN'T GET IT INSPECTED BY ANOTHER SHOP AND THEN SOLD ME (A RECENT DOMESTIC ABUSE SURVIROR) A LEMON AND AFTER $2300 IN REPAIRS, IT’S STILL BROKEN DOWN NEEDING A REPLACEMENT ENGINE!! THE TIMING SET WAS ALSO MESSED WITH BY A NON-MECHANIC AND CHEAP PARTS!!!!! NOT TO MENTION A HUGE CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST GM ON THIS EXACT ENGINE!!!! HOW DARE YOU TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE LIKE ME!!!! My wife and I were traveling to the lake Friday afternoon while pulling a trailer and my truck started to overheat. I called Larry at Central Missouri Tire to see if there was anyway they could look at it. He said to bring it in and they'd see what they could do to help. He knew that we were 2 hours away from our home... Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! Highly recommend them!!

I am giving two stars because at first the service department seemed very helpful, informative and friendly. However, after what seems to be a very big mistake (based on how long they have held my car), this has changed. To keep this short - The dealership managed to shear off a bolt head when replacing my water pump and thermostat.... no big deal, as long as they pay to fix it which they are. However, their customer service and education, professionalism, and sense of urgency seem to have plummeted when they made this mistake. I wont go into the sheer amount of force it would take to snap off a bolt head, just how they have handled the situation since. I drove in in a 2018 G80. When needing a rental for the 2 day fix after their mistake, they made me feel like that was an unreasonable request. They did end up providing a Sonic which is many levels below my car which seems odd being I'm pretty sure genesis requires them to put me in a comparable car. There has been a total lack of communication, having to call many times a day for an update. This should have been a half day fix which has now turned into a week, and when I get a "for sure date" that is soon followed up with "I think". I get no sense of urgency from the staff there and was even told the issue they caused is not a priority of there's as they have other cars coming in. This seems odd to continue to overbook your staff when you haven't even completed the projects you have already committed yourself to. I get a sense of hostility when I become inquisitive on the process and required repairs which seems undeserved being I am simply trying to understand how if they are working on the car all day as they say they are, it is taking many days to simply bore out, and re-insert the required bolt which they have had for 2 days now (had to be ordered). I am not sure what I expect from the dealership to remedy this, because I most certainly will never be returning..... not because of the mistake, as these things happen, but the service and conspiring that appear to be happening to hide their mistake.

Vehicle Purchase - exsalesguy

First off - In my previous job I was the Internet Sales Manager at the largest dealership in Wyoming so I am very knowledgeable of fair market prices and how the car sales process works...This weekend I purchased a 2013 Ford Edge from this dealership. My salesman's name was Kiefer Scroggins. I had set the appointment the day before through the Internet Manager (Sheila Jackson). FYI... their Internet department is fantastic! Very quick to return my call on the inquiry that I had made through their website and helpful in setting up the appointment for a test drive. Back to Kiefer... Kiefer is a very professional, educated and detail oriented young man. He definitely does not fit the old-fashioned, dreaded car salesman stereotype that we all have dealt with in the past. He was very polite and extremely thorough and seemed to have in-depth knowledge on not only the vehicle that we wanted to purchase, but all Ford makes and models. He did a great job of explaining and showing us all the vehicle's options and capabilities. There really wasn't much deal making that had to be done. I had done my homework on comparing the wholesale vs retail costs of this and other similar vehicles within a 250 mile radius. This was by far the best pricing on this model vehicle that I could find. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from this dealership (and would highly recommend asking for Kiefer) the next time you are in the market. My luck hasn’t been the greatest the past couple of months. It has been one bad thing after another. I was involved in a car accident, and my car was totaled out. I was put in a rental until the other persons insurance evaluated my vehicle. I knew the rental was only going to last for so long. I couldn’t let this car accident mess with my every day life. Therefore; I was proactive on the vehicle searching. A week after the car accident, I went to look at a 2013 Mazda CX-5. I educated my self about this vehicle, I read the whole history on that carfax. I got to the dealership, none of the sales people chased me down. I actually had to go inside and ask for assistance. My salesperson was Mark Kleve, a wonderful man. The dealership just got the vehicle, Mark didn’t know everything about the it...which was perfectly acceptable. We took the vehicle out for a spin. I was sold! So a couple days go by and Mark calls me. It was listed for $11,400. Not a bad price, even Kelly Blue Book agreed. Doesn’t hurt to try and knock the price down, right? Well... no budge. I was okay with that, because of KBB. Couple more days go by, and I kept finding myself looking back at that vehicle. I called Mark up, and told him that I want that Mazda. I advised him that my credit isn’t the greatest and I had no co-signer. What were my options? Mark got me in touch with their finance manager; Kim. Straight out of the gates, Kim was awesome. She was very helpful and acomadating. I put a little money down to hold the vehicle, giving the insurance time to write a check. The insurance did everything wrong and it took a few weeks to get the check. Kim and Mark were easy going, helpful, understand, and not pushy. They made this process more pleasant, thank you. And thank you to the Lou Fusz, for holding the vechine for much longer than promised. I will refer your business to everyone and anyone. Thank you! I’m so glad I got to take the Mazda home today!
