0 Stars if it was allowed. Pushy salesman, which is expected except this is incredibly pushy. I live in Missoula. Bought a truck with cash, drove it back to Missoula. This truck did not make it 120 miles before it shut down (service light comes on and dies on the side of I-90). Called multiple times throughout the week to speak to managers, sales people etc. Could not get anyone to actually respond besides text messaging. Truck has a dealer warranty on it and I had to tow it to Missoula Lithia for help. Text message are of no help, Manager was suppose to call me via Tanner Mae (Tanner is on vacation). 5 days not call. I have called every day since and left a message with no response. Very unprofessional would never tell anyone to go to this dealership, FYI-This manager (Chad) is also the manager of Chevrolet of Helena.

I bought a used pickup from the Ram Dealer in Sioux Falls less than 45 days ago. I purchased the extended warranty thru the dealership. Have a issue and have called the dealership 4 times over the last 3 days and left 4 messages and not one return call!! They are excited to sell a vehicle but the customer service after the sale is terrible.

We needed an air filter and they had the service gentleman go out to our truck on the street and comp,ste the repair since we towed a large 5th wheel. The gentleman tha completed the service was a U.S. Veteran and a delight. Our experience was amazing. Thank you.

DonK is the worst dealership i have ever dealt with and I have been to several in my lifetime. The people in the service dept come off arrogant and they will lie, cheat and steal your money! And if you complain you will get your vehicle back with a new scratch! This place needs to be shut down. I have since been very happy with driving to Ronan Dodge and getting great service at a great price.
Horrible wiring repair, looked like a backyard repair. - beaugranbois
Took my vehicle in for a repair. After they ordered the wrong part they got it installed and it didn't fix the issue. They traced the issue to a short in the rear hatch and said it was the rear latch. Which is funny because it was the one thing that was working the best. So after they replaced the latch it still didn't fix the issue and they still had a short in the system. Turns out there was broken or shorted wires in the wire loom between the body and rear hatch. So they repaired those. After a week and several calls they told me it was done and everything was working. I picked it up right before closing and everything seemed to be working until I put it in reverse and my back up camera didn't work, which it did before. I took it right back to the shop and the service guy told me he would talk to his guy and get ahold of me. It's been almost a week and nothing. So over the weekend I pulled the wire loom and took a look at the wires and there were three broken wires and three wires that had been very poorly repaired. I was an electrician on helicopters in the Marines and know what a poor wire repair looks like and how easily they fail. They simply took three 1-2" pieces of wire that were two gauges too big, poorly soldered them and wrapped them in electrical tape. So, needless to say I repaired the wires myself, all of them, properly with a hot solder joint and shrink wrap. And as I was pulling the electrical tape off of one of they're "fixes" the wire broke. I'm not complaining about the customer service or even the price, but the quality of work was that of a backyard mechanic. And now I'm questioning if the $480 in parts was the problem or if it was simply a broken wire?

just wanted to let you know when I had my jeep service that was ok but when I ask the service manger to order me a steering wheel for my trail hawk he told me 200.00 for the steering wheel and 50.00 for labor and I thought he was being honest about the price instead he was ripping me off I call jeep in Missoula they told me 70.00 for the steering wheel I call the service manger back and cancel my order he told me that he could do it for 130.00 if that was the case why didn't he call me back and tell me that price Instead he was going to let me pay that 250.00 amount this is unprofessional how can I shop local and think you guys are being honest I Hope you can prove to me that this isn't going to happen again thank you I hope the owner see's what is going on here before it is to late

We live 110 miles from Great Falls and Bob Anderson did everything possible to have everything organized and ready to go when we arrived. He even stayed after hours waiting on us because we ran into construction on our way. A huge thanks to Bob and Greg for everything they have done to get us home with the truck of our dreams. They even bought and mailed us a spare key fob because ours did not come with one.
