I have been coming to this dealership for over 8 years and always had a terrific experience and was looking forward to purchasing the new QX60 this fall. My old car was having issues with the air conditioner and required a new compressor. No big deal. I got it repaired but was still not seeing an improvement in cold air output. I called today to ask some follow up questions and schedule another service to check to see why it wasn’t working. Dale Elrod took the call and his attitude was unbelievably horrible, rude, and aggressive. After reading a couple of other reviews it sounds like this a similar problem with him. I’ve never been so disappointed in the customer service I have received from Infiniti today and from Dale. I will not be purchasing another car from them again.

Instead of having the "Luxury Car Dealer" experience I was hoping for I got the play the waiting game with my salesman routine like I was some schmuck off the street. I have purchased 6 cars in the last 10 years (we put a lot of miles on them...) and the service I received from a Chrysler dealer and small town car dealer in the past put this Infiniti dealer to shame.
Infiniti needs to step up and make sure that their dealerships are setting the same high levels of customer satisfaction that their cars do. This is my first Infiniti vehicle and I will definitely purchase another. However my loyalty lays with Infiniti not the dealer due to a lame and underwhelming experience. The sales manager, Cameron, is the only reason I did not drive to the Des Moines Infiniti dealer to purchase a car. I only hope their service center can restore my faith in them over time.
