I previously leased cars from Acura, Mercedes-Benz, and Lexus. I thought I would look into what Infiniti has to offer. I was truly amazed at the outstanding customer service that I received at the Infiniti dealership in Omaha. I walked into the showroom to look at some of the cars that I was interested in, and was helped by Cindy Kroll. I was truly impressed with her professionalism, and she worked with me to get a great deal on a new car lease. She made the process very easy and stress free, and it was an enjoyable experience. I really enjoy the car and am extremely pleased with it. The experience that I had makes it very likely that I will continue to lease cars from Infiniti. The dealership is comparable to that of the Lexus dealership in Omaha in terms of its comfortable setting and amenities, and the customer service is really outstanding. I recommend Infiniti of Omaha very highly and without any reservation whatsoever.

Instead of having the "Luxury Car Dealer" experience I was hoping for I got the play the waiting game with my salesman routine like I was some schmuck off the street. I have purchased 6 cars in the last 10 years (we put a lot of miles on them...) and the service I received from a Chrysler dealer and small town car dealer in the past put this Infiniti dealer to shame.
Infiniti needs to step up and make sure that their dealerships are setting the same high levels of customer satisfaction that their cars do. This is my first Infiniti vehicle and I will definitely purchase another. However my loyalty lays with Infiniti not the dealer due to a lame and underwhelming experience. The sales manager, Cameron, is the only reason I did not drive to the Des Moines Infiniti dealer to purchase a car. I only hope their service center can restore my faith in them over time.
