I dealt with Matt Schoech from beginning to end of this deal. He is a straight shooter. I told him what I was looking for and he sent me numbers for a lease and purchase. He answered all of my questions without playing games. Yes I can or No I cannot. I got exactly what I wanted with quick easy honest answers and did it all via text. Sent my Credit app and all other info in the morning and when I arrived 2 hours later my New Car was ready. Finished some minor paperwork and I was on my way home. Done!!! Ethan met me at the door took me for a ride and explained the features he got me set up with my Kia owners portal and hooked to Bluetooth. Ethan answered all the questions I had about the car and made sure I was good to go. What would have taken 8 hours at another dealer took 2 at Quirk Kia NH. I'll be back. I hate purchasing cars and this was a great experience.

How little I mean to this dealership! - corbo

I made an appointment for an oil change for my brand new car. I only had it now like 50 days (First oil change), which was for 10:30 Sat. morning. I finally called to check on my car around 2:00pm to see what's up. I was told its not done yet. I asked why? Now - this part I can't believe... they told me, we have walk-ins sitting here, so we work on those cars first. I said I made an appointment for 10:30 so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. I then asked, "So I made an appointment and people waiting inside is more important than me, a person who set up an appointment and dropped it off so it would be there without issue?" I don't seem to rate very much with this dealership apparently. This even get's better. I get a call from them about another hour or so later and they tell me that my oil change is done but we had an accident with your car. We backed it into another car. I asked like four times what damage was done? She would not tell me. She said its not that bad. (Really??? You crash my brand new $36,000 car and it no big deal). I go down there and nobody really wanted to help me. So I need an entire bumper for the car and who knows what else is wrong under the car it must of hit the tailpipe damaging that also. Now I have a car that's been damaged and will lose value just because of the accident, but the way they talk to me I should be thankful that they will fix it. What they should be doing is giving me another car that is not damaged this isn't a car that been around for a year or so not even 60 days old. How careless can you be with a car that has warnings and camera so you don't back into things. If it wasn't brand new I wouldn't expect this but I do now. The only person that loses here is me and its not fair. The entire thing feels like I am bothering them and I am one out on everything. What happened with caring for your customers? The manager was not much help at all he did call but again it seemed as I was bothering his day. Bottom line is, I feel they need to make me whole. When I dropped off my car for a simple oil change, it was an undamaged 2 month old car with 5000 miles on it. Now, even though they will fix it, it is a damage repaired car, significantly affecting its value, due to their negligence. I find it very hard to recommend this dealer to anyone and boy do I know a lot of folks, and wait until I hit Facebook and ask all my friends to pass it on. Very unhappy customer!!!

Thank you for a smooth experience in getting our 2016 Fusion. They did a great amount of the paperwork and smoothing of the process. We had a window to drive down 3 hrs from Maine and were on our way back home three hrs later with time to test drive, learn about the cars new features, trade in our car and even have it treated with a protectant for the paint and warranty. One stop and happy with a great value and nice car. Thanks to Derek there who followed up as well with kind notes and an open schedule. Doc Bowie and family in Maine.

We're to start.....Dumpy dealership and I paid way to much and they totally ripped me off on my trade in and purchase of my 2014 Kia Cadenza. Then they claim that with there free oil changes they will clean your car. Worst cleaning job ever... every single time..... My five year old would do a better job at detailing but what made me completely pissed is that the service manger called me a liar in front of multiple sales people in the show room after accusing me of not ever changing the oil and then realized later that the idiots at the dealership had changed computer system and the maintenance history hadn't transferred over. I would never buy anything from ANY autoserv dealer but I totally would buy another Kia because the car has been great and have 30,000 miles and no problems except my autoserv experience

They sold my elderly female neighbor a lemon. Took 3 months to fix. No loaners. Lots of run around and non returned phone calls. The car was brand new but because of issues with it, actually qualified in 2 different ways as a lemon under NH's lemon laws. Do NOT trust this dealership.

My wife and I have a new 2025 Telluride from Bill Dube - Rkserr

My wife and I have a new 2025 Telluride from Bill Dube Kia in Somersworth. Why? Because we wanted another old style Telluride to go along with our 2023 Telluride. But why from Bill Dube Kia, because they were phenomenal to work with. I will give you the list of people we worked with and how each moved the process along in a seamless fashion over just a few days to get this done with no games. In order it was Steve, Abby, Josh, Bill and Laz. Our experience started with a phone call with Steve which was amazingly short and informative in which he directly answered my questions without badgering me for personal information. It was refreshing. Then we happened to find the exact Telluride we wanted at another dealer which Bill Dube did not have. I called and spoke with Abby. I asked her if she could get the car from the other dealer,(who had poor reviews), as well as match their lower price. She let us know she would do both and put the whole deal in writing before we gave her the deposit to go get the car from that dealer. It was late in the day but by that evening we had our email with deal all spelled out so we could be assured there would be no changes. So we gave her the deposit to go get the car the next day. Abby did inform us that she would be off the following day and we could work on any details with Josh. The following day we worked with Josh through email and phone. He answered all of our questions regarding insurance, financing and adding accessories to the Telluride that we wanted installed before pickup. He took care of everything we wanted done and let us know the morning of pickup that the Telluride was all set and we would see them at our appointment time. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted quite pleasantly by name by Bill before we even made it to the door. Bill went over the initial paperwork with us and then we dealt with Abby to finalize the transaction. Abby did offer us extended warranty packages but there was no hard sell and was polite when we declined. Which was appreciated. After this and before we left we introduced ourselves to those we only met over the phone or email as well as to Laz in the service department to just say hello and told him we would see him again at the 5,000 mile checkup. So suffice it to say that our whole experience,(only 4 days), from the initial conversation until our departure with our new Telluride was great in every way. We would strongly recommend that if you’re in the market for a Kia you go to Bill Dube Kia in Somersworth. We also believe that a companies attitude is cultural which comes from the top down so if you’re looking for a Ford or Toyota we suspect you will get the same great attitude and service there as well. This was truly one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. We believe Bill Dube’s legacy is in great hands! Bob
