Honestly, the process of buying a car from you was extremely frustrating. I was as clear as possible that I wanted to buy the car with cash thataq2 day. I also had my daughter's 2024 Subaru to trade, but when we were ready, Max never returned my texts. I sold it to CarMax, which was zero friction and took 20 minutes total. You guys are going to get rocked by AI and much smoother buying experiences, there is no reason for someone to waist half a day in your dealership. More
