3 New Hampshire Recreational Vehicles Dealers
After a two and a half year nightmare dealing with this - c0941
After a two and a half year nightmare dealing with this company I would give it zero stars if I could. Our motorhome was there for service and in all that time no one from service ever returned a phone call. Twice we had to drive 4 hours to determine what was being done. The only person there who ever called us back or tried to help was David in sales. Do not do business with these people, there is absolutely no concern for customer service.

I was there recently and purchased a 2008 36D Pace Arrow. I had a new television put in and needed a trailer and a trailer hookup. Tim from parts/service was exceptional, as well as Matt in financing, and BJ in sales. I might add that I felt that I got a fair/good price.
From the time we walked in the door to the day we picked - mike
From the time we walked in the door to the day we picked up our new travel trailer we were treated with professionalism. Our sales person, Anthony, treated us with respect and listened to our needs. The sales manager Ray and the business manager Norm were also very professional. There was an issue with the electric tongue jack the day we took delivery at Cold Springs and the jack was replaced with a new unit in 15 minutes. It could have been frustrating having a component on a new trailer fail but the way Cold Springs handled the situation was commendable. We're looking forward to our maiden voyage with our new Flagstaff trailer.
