My finance manager was a deceptive liar. He prayed on my ignorance by tricking me into adding 40 dollars a month to my payment for worthless insurance. The service department cant find holes in a tire.I had to find them myself. they dont even have tires in stock for the car they sold me. Have fun if you deal with this dealer, even as a customer for 10 years , who bought 3 new cars from them; they treated me like garbage. I am too embarrased to even go back there for an oil change.

I've never seen such helpfulness and kindness in their response to my problem. Wow, just amazing. I'm overcome with emotion for what they did for me. I give them 10 stars for all of them!

I took my 2019 F150 Lariat truck in for regular maintenance. I pulled in the Best Ford lot and was met by Chris one of the sales people. He asked if I was interested in trading. I said i was just here to set up an oil change, before i could make the appointment he had 2 F150 Limited up front for me to look at, one had 10,700 miles on it but had never been titled and only driven by the owner of Best Ford. He was very professional and courteous and did not pressure me. He called me several times to let me know what he could do and finally made me a very good deal. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Best, the first one was not a very good experience under the old Best Ford ownership. Service was nothing great. Everyone this time were really great to work with. Rich and Nick from finance were great to work with even though we didn’t finance.Scott the sales manager helped me out with some parts for the truck. Chris has made several follow up calls to see how i liked the truck. Overall a very good expierience.

The Red cap service is amazing, They come to my home to pick up and deliver my car afterwards. I just call them and they come and get it.

Me and my wife purchased a 2006 crysler pacifica from this dealership, at 26,000 miles we brought in for engine this was a thursday Friday the called and said it would be done monday I was going away for weekend and my wife needed to transport my children so I asked if they could supply us with a car and they said no but come to find out after an hour they said we had extended warranty and they would cover a car until car was done maximum $35 a day monday came and we called and they said maybe tuesday then they called and said it needed a new engine a couple more days go by and they keep saying they are having trouble getting engine from wisconsin. At 5:00 Friday evening they call and tell my wife it would be done in a few more days but she was going to have to pay for rental that the warranty would only pay five days and we had the rental going on eleven days now and they said that was the way it was if they had told us we only had 5 days I would not have been happy but would have returned it at 5 days. The service guy said to me that we had to pay then he told me he made a call to try to get crysler to pay and they said no he said that was above and beyond what he had to do (another mother Theresa) So then I contacted the president of 1400 Andy Costello nothing but a liar told me he would take care of rental and never got back yo me after I called and left messages and email for three days, when they called back to say car was done after 2 weeks they said we could not pick up our car until we paid the other 8 days of rental so I told John aka mother Theresa that Jon Castello was going to take care of rental he said hold on and got ahold of him in one minute and said Andy aka the liar said it was our problem funny he got ahold of him in one minute when I tried for 3 days. I told them we buy alot a crysler vehicles in my family and told them we were going to switch to gmc they said that is your decision all over $250.00 great dealership they lie to you and offer no help all they kept telling me is that crysler was paying for engine and we didnt have to wow that is nice of them since it under warranty and faithfully serviced by them. John told me no dealerships cover a rental for service so I told him I just bought a gmc sierra that will give me a rental if my truck is in for service for any reason also they will give me a vehicle of equal or greater value then he did not know what to say I was going to buy 2009 dodge ram but bought gmc instead because of the treatment I got from 1400 motors. Finally I did get the rental payed for by crysler and they aggreed with me. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from 1400 motors Nashua,NH they are nothing but liars and cowards and once you buy vehicle they dont care about you from the president on down!!!!!!!!

Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of - need4spd101

Had car towed to Audi of Nashua back at the beginning of November because the engine was shaking violently and the check engine light came on. Car sat in the shop for 3 weeks before they were correctly able to diag the issue. I was told I would need a new cylinder head assembly. Major engine issues when the car only had about 63k miles on it. Pretty sad Audi cannot make engines that last over 65k miles before major issues start to happen. Audi did not offer any financial assistance, citing lack of extended warranty (which is always useless because dealerships just weasel out of them) and lack of service records (which I have, just not from this dealership). We had bought the Audi from Audi of Nashua with 42k miles on it back in 2020 and had only put on 20k miles. Finally got the car back this past weekend. I will never deal with this dealership again. Audi does not stand behind their product and the car I bought from THEM was pretty much a lemon. Stay away from this place..
