My experience here was great. The service I received from Nelson (our sales person) and Patrick (finance) was impeccable. I've never had such a great experience while purchasing a vehicle before. The most awful service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. When you pull up, there’s nobody around to greet you, take your keys, check you in, or introduce you to a service advisor. The place is cramped and the floors are filthy dirty. Poor communication. The advisors are rude and inconsiderate of your time. NOT AT ALL what you’d expect from a service center exclusive to premium motorcar brands such as Bentley and Rolls Royce. Mercedes-Benz service team has them beat by miles. In fact, you’d probably even get better service at a Walmart auto center. The prospect of having to return is a dreadful one.
