I purchased a used Volvo C30 from Kindle this past weekend. From my first call to the visit, the test drive and through the purchase process, Tom McAteer was very courteous, helpful and professional. He clearly disclosed some of the known issues with the vehicle so that I knew what I was getting. The financial and paperwork processes were very smooth when working with Karyn Lehmann. She was professional, friendly, and very sympathetic to my son and his having to learn to drive a manual transmission vehicle! Overall, a very pleasant experience at Kindle Auto Plaza!

Easy lease transition from 2016 MKZ to 2018 MKZ - Mary25

Went in to service my 2016 Lincoln MKZ And left the showroom with a 2018 MKZ. Chad Scanlon was our salesman and we were impressed by his salesmanship and manner. We will be back in 2021.

They don't care about Ford customers - TheMuffStuff

Had the worst absolute experience at this dealership. Took my car in for service to get a recall done, according to the recall papers, we are provided a rental car for up to 4 days, potentially longer depending on how long the recall takes. Not only did they first tell me, "We have no loaner cars", they told me that since we did not buy the vehicle there, we aren't entitled to a loaner regardless. Not only did I call corporate and get that statement invalidated, I also called 3 local dealerships who confirmed it does not matter where the car was purchased. So I just want to thank All American for wasting my time, and honestly being one of the worst dealership experiences I have had in a while.
