New Ford Escape - sstocker
After having a great experience buying our new Jeep in 2014; my husband and I decided to switch up and look into leasing or buying a new vehicle. Unfortunately our salesman we dealt with (Tom McAteer) couldn't sell us an Escape so he introduced us to Ms. Denise Kennedy. Denise was very helpful in assisting us with the colors; amenities that we wanted and most of all making this an easy deal to make. I honestly feel that she is just a phone call away if I needed anything.

In middle of November 2018, I purchased a 2018 Nissan Titan from Charlie. Great guy and I felt like i got a good deal. 2nd week of December 2018 ( i hadn't made my first payment yet), I was rear ended and my truck was ultimately considered a total loss. Charlie, the sales manager and the finance person were all very helpful. I needed a new truck. They located one on a Friday afternoon, picked it up and it was ready for me Saturday 9am. I would recommend Charlie and The Causeway Nissan folks to anyone. Tell them Rick sent you :-)
BTW...the website doesn't include Nissan so I chose Ford BUT I PURCHASED A NISSAN

Very bad deceptive business - Alla7815
I called twice before I came. I asked can my breakers be just checked? I was told yes. It can be done at no charge. May be it was sound too good to be true. When I came I was told we don’t do this unless we fix what would be found wrong. Customer service lady asked did I write down the name of the person I talked. I did not. I talked to several people since I called several time before I came. Lady said I have to pay mechanics for their time.I understand. But about customer time. Customer time has no value for this business I just don’t understand why it was promised by telephone. It looks like scam make people to come and push to sell their service.

Went in to the dealership to purchase a 2014 Escape Titanium 4wd. Did some research online and came up with a vehicle I was interested in. When I came into the dealer I was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly. While waiting for the sales person I spoke to on the phone to come over to the desk, the receptionist kept me engaged with small talk so we did not stand around on silence. When the sales person Jennifer came over to the desk she informed that she would be getting me a sales manager as she handles the internet portion of the dealer. She brings back the sales manager I tell him what car I'm interested in and we go out to find it. Unfortunately we walk passed it and ended up walking the lot before finally figuring out that it wasn't sound its horn due to a dead battery. He went and retrieved a jumper box and the car started right up. At this point he excused himself to return the jumper box and return with Tadjh Duroseau his sales consultant. I received a warm and friendly greeting Tadjh and was offered a test drive. When we went on the test drive we engaged in friendly banter and very little about the car which I requested as I wanted to focus on just driving it hearing and feeling it mechanical operation. Unfortunately we were not able to come to a agreement on the vehicle as it needed many items fixed prior to sale and was a little more worn than the pictures on the website represented I guess things happens when a car sits on the lot for 6 months. I will keep All American Ford in my list of dealers I look at.
In summary I didn't purchase the vehicle because of work needed. The dealer was friendly and willing to make the necessary repairs prior to my purchase but it wasn't enough to make me think that was the car for me.
