Even though I leased my Jaguar XF from Ray Catena, I was not impressed with their customer service. So when I had a few issues to discuss about the vehicle, I stopped by the Princeton dealership and was greeted by Mr. O'Brien from the Sales side. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car (and the entire product line), had a disarming style and offered to bring me over to the service department to make an introduction and help with an early appointment. I was able to get an appointment that met my needs and it turned out that little actually needed to be done to resolve my issues. There was no charge for the analysis....which I assume was Mr. O'Brien's doing. I will be back when the time comes for a new car.

My 2019 F-pace was just in for its annual service. Great vehicle and a fabulous service department. Julian always listens and pays attention to the tiniest of details. In fact since we’ve been so pleased with this car we recently bought an E-pace as our second vehicle, Ben and Ron made the deal happen and we drove it right out of the showroom. Since it never had a chance to be detailed before we left (it was late evening) Julian scheduled it to come in as soon as he heard! Wow, what great staff. It really makes everything so much nicer, we will continue to buy our cars from these guys.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing.
While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.

My boyfriend and I made an appointment on the phone with this dealership due to a noise coming from the front end of our car. On the phone, we were not informed about the $250 fee to diagnose the issue. If we would have known about it, the car would have gone elsewhere. Unfortunately our service representative, Lorraine, blindsided us with this fact after we had already gotten there. We didn't want to put any more stress on the car by driving it again so we were pretty much trapped into letting them move forward. I find this to be an extremely dishonest practice and downright disgusting. When my boyfriend asked if the fee would be waived if we got our car worked on by them (as many dealerships we've been to will do) Lorraine's demeanor and attitude got quite nasty. I understand customer service jobs aren't easy or fun, but there's no reason in the world to treat people like garbage over a simple question. When we asked if the car would be looked at the same day, she told us there was no guarantee and they'd try to get around to it. At the time of scheduling, we were told that with an appointment our car would be inspected that same day. Luckily, they did "get around" to diagnosing it. Of course they piled on tons of unnecessary fixes in an attempt to get as much money as they possibly could out of us. Lorraine called us later in the afternoon to tell us our main problem and the source of the sound was worn brake pads. Barely any work went into diagnosing the issue, 20 minutes tops. When picking it up, my boyfriend tried speaking to a manager about how ridiculous the price was, especially considering it wasn't even a full diagnostic.
