Exceptional Service and Diagnostic Expertise** I want to specifically highlight the incredible experience I had working with my service advisor, Daniel Harden, during my recent visits to Land Rover Princ to specifically highlight the incredible experience I had working with my service advisor, Daniel Harden, during my recent visits to Land Rover Princeton. Not only was he incredibly amazing to work with from a customer service standpoint, but his technical knowledge is absolutely top-notch. I brought my 2020 Range Rover Sport Autobiography in and mentioned a very specific, mild low-speed vibration I was feeling at around 1,000 RPM. Instead of brushing it off, trying to upsell me, or throwing expensive parts at the problem, Daniel Harden listened carefully and was completely spot-on with his assessment of the transmission's behavior. It is incredibly rare to find an advisor who genuinely listens to the customer, understands the mechanical nuances of these complex vehicles, and operates with such honesty and transparency. He made sure my vehicle was dialed in perfectly and saved me from a massive, unnecessary diagnostic headache. If you are taking your vehicle to Land Rover Princeton, I highly recommend asking for him directly! More

Land Rover Princeton returned my vehicle with damage that was not present at the time it was dropped off for service. I brought my vehicle in for a driver-side sun visor repair. While in their care, the d was not present at the time it was dropped off for service. I brought my vehicle in for a driver-side sun visor repair. While in their care, the dealership caused significant damage to the rear passenger door, including a visible hole that was not present at drop-off. The dealership initially accepted responsibility, took possession of the vehicle, and provided me with a loaner while the damage was being addressed. However, they later reversed course and began denying liability. They are now attempting to attribute the damage to prior unrelated repair history, referencing a Carfax report. The dealership has intake documentation and photos showing the vehicle was received without this damage, and that the condition changed while it was in their care. Despite this, they have refused to repair the damage and are attempting to shift responsibility. I have escalated this to Land Rover corporate and now have an open case. I have also filed an insurance claim, a police report, and am obtaining a second body shop opinion due to the lack of resolution. Very disappointing experience from a luxury brand. I strongly recommend documenting vehicle condition thoroughly before leaving it here. I will update this review if the issue is resolved. More
