Not only was he incredibly amazing to work with from a customer service standpoint, but his technical knowledge is absolutely top-notch. I brought my 2020 Range Rover Sport Autobiography in and mentioned a very specific, mild low-speed vibration I was feeling at around 1,000 RPM. Instead of brushing it off, trying to upsell me, or throwing expensive parts at the problem, Daniel Harden listened carefully and was completely spot-on with his assessment of the transmission's behavior. It is incredibly rare to find an advisor who genuinely listens to the customer, understands the mechanical nuances of these complex vehicles, and operates with such honesty and transparency. He made sure my vehicle was dialed in perfectly and saved me from a massive, unnecessary diagnostic headache.
