I purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento from Fiesta Kia in Albuquerque with an extended warranty. I make sure to get it serviced on a regular basis with there service department. Took it in on Tuesday for regular oil change, top off fluids for a trip to be with my daughter as a support for her biopsy leaving a week later.. Can someone please tell me how is it my car overheated 3 days later? I was low on oil, radiator was empty and coolant resivoir was dry. Talked to service manager, said thermostat was stuck 3 days later there still waiting on a part, which I thought was a common part. So I called parts dept to find out if they had one in stock much to my surprise they do. Im still without a vehicle

Not Good - New buyer
Andrew was friendly did his job well but when it came to appraisal of my vehicles they were more than generous not even close to a fair price insulting get real. Better Deals elsewhere. Sorry for sales they work hard and there managers don't make they deals. Vehicles were in excellent condition.
