The worst customer service I have ever received - amosallaei
I cannot overstate how disappointed I am with the service that I received from this dealership. I took my car in to be serviced for something that Mercedes is extending the warranty for because it is malfunctioning. I left my car on a Friday and was told that it would be done by Wednesday. I called on Tuesday to confirm that it would be done on Wednesday. Yes I was told. Then on Wednesday no call from the dealership. I called them and they said Thursday. On Thursday no call from the dealership. So I called them. They told me that they would check and call me right back. No call from the dealership. I went this morning and they told me this afternoon. No loaner car even though they kept my car for a week! Evidently whatever is wrong with my car is so dangerous that I should not drive it. This is the worst customer service I have ever received, My next car will be a Lexus not a Mercedes.
