The service department needs to be more mindful of their scheduling promptness. I understand that sometimes things can happen but we as customers also may have timelines to keep. By not doing so this can really create a situation.

Horrible dealership to do business with. Was going to purchase an automobile from them but realized the sales person was not very knowledgeable about the process. Spoke to the GM and proceeded from there but to no avail. Zero communication throughout the whole process so decided not to go through with the sale. Very sketchy throughout the whole process. Think again about purchasing from this dealership.
