On 05/05/2020 Linda Smith contacted us about a Chevrolet Silverado we had messaged her about. She took our information and went to work and got us the deal we wanted all in the same day.We did everything via phone and our truck was ready and waiting for us that afternoon. Signed off on the paperwork and we were good to go. Linda did an exceptional job and made it as easy as possible for us. Thank you Bravo and Linda Smith! We love our truck!

I have tried to get service done here in the past. In 2003 I told the service manager (Shawn) I would not be back. I tried again 5/07/07 and got the same treatment. The - "don't need your business treatment", lack of knowledge, rude, no time to talk, seem bothered by my presence, and must be very unhappy in their job. I have no problem at the Chevy and Ford place (I have one of each). They are friendly and want to satisfy my needs. I will continue to take my Grand Cherokee and Wrangler to the Ruidoso dealership where they want my business and treat me like a valued customer.

Jennifer and Garrett were spectacular!! I was incredibly impressed. They got me in right away they showed me the issue and they fixed it immediately. While I was waiting I spoke with a very knowledgeable and very handsome salesman. Let me tell you he knew his stuff he answered every question I had without pressure. Steer clear of sisbarro superstore Deming. Had the worst customer service ever by any dealer. Gustavo, gave and Sidney not very helpful. They try to squeeze your Social security number to pull credit before they discuss numbers. Won’t deal over the phone or theunail.
Horrible service and persistant lies - Viceroy
I broke down and had my vehicle brought there because they said they had the parts. On the first day, they diagnosed the problem and said they needed to buy the parts and required that I pay for them up front. Day two they said the parts weren't in and they needed to do further diagnostics. Day three they said they weren't sure if they had the parts or not but didn't have the time to do he diagnostics. Day four they were closed, but assured me they would have the diagnostics done and I would be on the road on day 5. Day 5 they told me they didn't do the diagnotics and if I wasn't satisfied with their work I could take the vehicle--which was partially taken apart--somewhere else. I didn't know how to deal with it so it stayed there. Day 6 they assured me the work would be completed and it wasn't. Day 7 I was told they were 99 percent sure they'd have the work done. Day 8, in the late afternoon, they did the work. They supposedly found something else wrong and replaced the part but never showed me the supposed broken part. Day 9 I got the vehicle back. Day 10 I had to take it to a different shop because they screwed up the work they did on Day 8. They lied to me through out the process and the work performed. They also said they would give me a partial refund which was also a lie. DO NOT TAKE YOU VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIR.
