The worst service experience ever! I thought may sales experience was horrible. While I was having my vehicle service I went upstairs and had a horrific sales experience. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, not only did I find out that my $19.95 lube oil and filter was now a $101.95 nightmare of repairs that I had no idea about, but I also found out that there is not a certified GM technician on the premises. Also I found out later that this idiot submitted warranty claims on my vehicle that were not performed like front brakes etc. After a call from GM I clarified for them that this was absolutely the worst experiecne of my life, ever! Extremely Dissatisfied and I will never return for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK! Well I was very pleased with Phil Long Raton until my 2018 Truck was out of Factory warranty. I purchased extended warranty directly from FORD protect for 60 months 60,000miles. Yet I still get emails every couple of weeks from Shawn Flynn, Chief Operating Officer, Phil Long Ford of Raton 1-844-578-1449 begging me to contact Phill Long Ford of Raton to buy extended warranty from them. I'v even sent a copy of my new warranty from Ford protect but Iguess Phil Long Ford of Raton don't give a rats xxx!! I shall never buy, service or obtain parts for my truck from Phil Long Ford ever again

Took wife’s Sedona in for electrical issues. Replaced parts and problem never resolved. Paid almost $900 for nothing. Nothing fixed. Nothing resolved. Never again will I do business with them nor would I ever buy from them. Absolutely horrible!! Costly mistake to ever have gone to them.

After recent service disappointments at both Ford and Lexus, I was amazed at the quality of care and service provided by Nile Reneker at Porsche. Without a doubt he is one of the best service managers I have encountered anywhere. He was patient, caring, knowledgeable and willing to accommodate my needs , He is really the best I've ever encountered.
