My New Jeep - Big D
Was treated with the utmost courtesy, salesmen was Mike Count and was very knowledgeable about the vehicles features . I was trading in my 2013 Jeep Compass and was given a very good trade in price. The financing was very quickly gotten for new vehicle and my payment actually are less and my vehicle has more features than the 2013 did . The nice thing about Royal is that if my vehicle needs any servicing they will supply me with a loaner car while they work on mine, this is a big plus!! Everyone there was friendly and very helpful!!
Will never go there again - James33
Super friendly staff to your face but total idiots would not recommend anybody try to deal with them. Walked out after 3 hours when they offered me 3k less than blue book on my car with less than 33k on it then they ran my credit for over 40k after I walked total a holes
They are friendly and helpfully to me. They do the work,... - Lucille Coppola
They are friendly and helpfully to me. They do the work, that needs to be done to my car. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Lack of dedication or knowledge = expensive inferior work - Flat Broke
I recently blew the brake lines on my truck and couldn't get it in to my regular mechanic. Summit said they could get it in, so I took it there. The service adviser was very nice and accommodating.
However, in the end, the mechanic either wasn't qualified or was simply too lazy to do the job right. They replaced the brake lines front to back and that work was fine. The service manager told me that the mechanic said the brakes are a little spongy and it may be rust on the caliper slides.
I paid the bill and left. The brakes were more than a little spongy. The pedal went almost to the floor before there was any resistance, but could eventually be pumped-up. To me that means air in the lines. Prior to blowing the brake lines there were no issues at all with the brakes. I ended up taking the truck in to my regular mechanic and while the front lines were good, the rear bleeders were totally plugged. He removed the bleeders, cleaned them out and bled the brakes. They now are working properly; no sponginess or need to pump-up the brakes.
The invoice said they bled the air and road tested. Obviously that wasn't the case. With results like this, after spending several hundred dollars, I will never take any vehicle of mine there again. Sad too, as they are a newer dealership with a friendly staff that is located close to me.....live and learn.........
2010 power wagon, cost 50000. 36000 miles axle joints,... - Bosssman
2010 power wagon, cost 50000. 36000 miles axle joints, covered. 40000 miles steering box out of warranty not covered. 1000 dollar repair.
55000 miles power steering pump failure, not covered by power train warranty. 900 dollar repair, I'll do it for 550. Dealer part not working correctly. Notified dealer, told to wait a week it's air in the system. Finally get an appointment, dealer agrees to replace pump. Defective. After changing pump dealer notices plastic bits in steering box. These are bits from defective pump. Dealer says he isn't responsible since I changed pump myself and won't pay for box, but will pay for pump that caused problem. This has been the worst car buying experience ever. I like the dodge product but this dealer will not get my business ever again.
Business link means nothing either.
Great Dealership - Urban, Patty
This is the first time I purchased a Jeep Cherokee from this dealership. Tom Hesseltine was the salesman. He was always pleasant and helpful. He answered any questions I had. He introduced me to the staff and I felt very comfortable with them. Very pleasant atmosphere.
Dodge Ram 1500 two wheel drive 2013 - mcnutt1
We had a great experience at Upstate Dodge. Very friendly people. With in 24hrs we were in our 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 truck. Great Truck
Horrible customer service - Richard Todd La Barge
Our experience at this dealer was horrible. I walked in knowing the vehicle that we wanted, and with pre-approved financing. The salesperson was nice enough, but knew absolutely nothing about the vehicle. My wife was teaching him about it as we drove around. When we had decided on the car, and on a price, we were told to just leave before talking to the financing guy and told that he would call us that afternoon.
Never got a call. Called the next day and talked to the finance guy, who told us that I was getting denied everywhere and that he had to "call in some favors". Said he would call us back after lunch. Never got a call. I called back again. He mentioned that he just couldn't get me approved and that I needed a cosigner. I brought up how I had financing already set up and just wanted to see the rates, and that we could use my financing. He said they don't do that there. I then asked if they used credit acceptance, which I already knew they did, and he said he would look in to it and call me back. Never got a call.
Talked to him the next day, which was when he told me that he had been swamped with "high-value" customers all day and that he would get to my deal soon. This was obviously extremely aggravating. After this, he actually did call me back to tell me that the guaranteed financing place decided to approve me (obviously) but that the system was down and it'd have to wait until Monday. He said he'd call me on Monday.
Never got a call. Called Monday morning to ask him what was going on and he told me that I needed to come in to give him more information. I asked what more he could possibly need, and he told me that I had to make some very big life decision and it needed to be done in person. At this point, I told them just to give me my deposit back.
That took 4 days to show up and me threatening to call the police to get it back. The rude finance manager called me and acted confused as to why I would be canceling the deposit, then the owner called, then the salesperson called, and then I threatened to call the police and was told the refund was completed. The money didn't actually show up for 3 days.
Would not recommend this place unless you're someone who is spending a lot of money and have great credit. Otherwise, you're not worth their time.
