Matt Pagani, my favorite service advisor, has done it again! Unfortunately I had my car washed at a local car wash and didn't notice that the front passengers seat was shoved all the way to the dashboard. I didn't notice it until 2 weeks later. I bought my C 300 here, at Keeler Mercedes-Benz, in 2011; and have had all maintenance performed here. Matt explained that that stuck passenger seat could cost several thousand of dollars to repair. This amazing guy, went above and beyond and actually located another C 300 at the dealership and was able to replace my seat with that one. (car was acquired through a mechanics lien). I was absolutely overjoyed. Over the years I have spent thousands of dollars in maintenance costs - so well worth it. The brand is great, but Terry Keeler has the best dealership in Upstate New York and has the very best trained personal. Great job Matt!!! thank you Matt & Terry! I couldn't be happier. Joanie Kraft
