I broke down while passing through town. Lia was closest. It turned out to be one of the best experiences I've ever had with a Jeep dealership. Freddy Estrada was my first contact. He could have made this a very different experience for me knowing his techs had a packed schedule. Instead, he listened intently, asked clarifying questions, and then brought my case to his boss. Dmitri then fixed my Jeep himself without hesitation and I was back on the road within a few hours. I also noticed something else while there: these folks genuinely care about one another like family, and care about the quality of their work in the same way. Everything done to my Jeep was clearly explained to me with patience and a sincere desire to share knowledge to be helpful rather than condescending annoyance.
