See my comments on the previous page. The finance department is terrible in providing you all of your finance options. Plus they lied about GAP insurance being a condition of my loan. After getting with Mr. Crenshaw a full refund check for GAP insurance is being sent to B of A.

We went to Capital Hyundai with the intent of purchasing one of their used Elantras. Joe met us on the lot and we got started immediately. He was very patient, letting us test drive 4 or 5 different models, and was willing to negotiate with us on a model that had the right amount of miles for the right price. We ended up getting a great deal and the experience was basically painless! The huge amount of inventory here leaves a lot of wriggle room, especially with a relatively common car like the Elantra. Joe was also funny and personable. I'll definitely consider coming back.

Rude salesperson Donald; when you disagree, he says horrible things. I left this dealership incredibly upset with this salesperson’s unprofessional behavior. I was encouraged to go to the competitor because all Donald could sell me was a car with hubcaps. I did just that, went to the competitor and purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra and was never spoken to the way Donald spoke to me.

I have been complaining of a noise when I turn for several months. Started well before my warranty expired. They claimed to never hear anything. Well suddenly after my warranty expires then they hear the sound and now I have to pay and it will cost me $400 to fix the drive shaft.

Not only were they rude but it's like an old men's frat house. They are so belittling to women and totally try to take advantage where they can. They are ruthless and don't care. They have no manners and are heartless, just trying to make a fast buck and steal your money. Be careful of this group of people. I have heard through the grapevine they not only treat you unfairly but have been known to illegally use your info for their own benefits, maybe making money off your info. Just be careful if you do or have done business with these misfits. Not a trustworthy group if you ask me. I may even suggest doing a background check just to be on the safe side. Wish I could give them half of a half a star.

Just bought a new 2017 santa fe ultimate limited. The salesman Diaz Joyner was low pressure and very helpful, responsive, and knowledgeable. Got a fair price with an overall pleasant experience. Dealership nice and finance staff good to work with.

Had a great time with John and Brian and the sales managers picking out and working a great deal for our new Hyundai and the woman at the finance office was great too. But then we had to go back and resign some paper the next day. We had to work with Rusty I believe in the finance office. He tried to force us into getting Gap insurance through them while touting some new “DoD policy” saying that right then and there was our last opportunity to get gap insurance from a financial institution. This was a flat out lie to our face! Luckily we didn’t get it, we refinanced the loan and cut our rate in almost half and it includes gap insurance for way cheaper. Other than being lied to it was a great experience.

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle and we were in at 6:00pm out by 8:30, with a trade in. Mr.Lee was very friendly but more importantly human. Apparently Sam is an excellent reader of people because it was the end of the day we were tired had made the decision and Sam didn’t bull...t with us. He gave my husband in my opinion, the best deal possible. Pretty much Everyone we came in contact with was very pleasant and it was at the end of the day so everyone had to be tired and ready to go home. There was a black finance manager this poor guy was running from table to table wheeling and dealing at 8:00pm. Impressive. Great car buying experience.
