We hadn't purchased a new car in a number of years and were not looking forward to the normal hassle. Our experience with Colby and Andy were very pleasant. Colby spent all the time we wanted going over the features on the car before the sale and at delivery. Andy handled the paperwork and offered several options, if we declined an option, there was no hassle, on to the next item.

I have been complaining of a noise when I turn for several months. Started well before my warranty expired. They claimed to never hear anything. Well suddenly after my warranty expires then they hear the sound and now I have to pay and it will cost me $400 to fix the drive shaft.

Not only were they rude but it's like an old men's frat house. They are so belittling to women and totally try to take advantage where they can. They are ruthless and don't care. They have no manners and are heartless, just trying to make a fast buck and steal your money. Be careful of this group of people. I have heard through the grapevine they not only treat you unfairly but have been known to illegally use your info for their own benefits, maybe making money off your info. Just be careful if you do or have done business with these misfits. Not a trustworthy group if you ask me. I may even suggest doing a background check just to be on the safe side. Wish I could give them half of a half a star.

See my comments on the previous page. The finance department is terrible in providing you all of your finance options. Plus they lied about GAP insurance being a condition of my loan. After getting with Mr. Crenshaw a full refund check for GAP insurance is being sent to B of A.

As a first time buyer I wanted a car that would not cause me problems right away. I went to Hyundai with hopes of finding a good car but on the contrary my purchase was the worst decision I have ever made and I know that I will not recommend this dealership to my friends or family. I didn't have my car for a month and it caused me problems right away. I went back three times to get it fixed. The third time I took the car I spoke to the manager and he told me they would fix it. They kept the car for a week and when I picked up the car, not long after that same day, the car engine light came back up. I called the manager and told him and all he said to me was that they had invested enough money on my car. Now I have to pay exactly $1,350.00 on getting the problem fixed, a problem that the car had when I purchased it and that they knew about but was not informed to me before purchasing. I clearly remember the day we tested the car, the check engine light was on and we told the sales person that we would purchase the car if the problem that was causing the check engine light to pop up was fixed. They made my first buy experience the worst purchase and I will not go back to them.

Rude salesperson Donald; when you disagree, he says horrible things. I left this dealership incredibly upset with this salesperson’s unprofessional behavior. I was encouraged to go to the competitor because all Donald could sell me was a car with hubcaps. I did just that, went to the competitor and purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra and was never spoken to the way Donald spoke to me.

Beware when trading in a car - steves
Watch out when you trade a car in. I traded my car and was told it had a recall that there was no fix for at that time and they could not sell it on their their lot which led to a lower trade in value.
A week and a half later the car is for sale on their lot.
I was lied to about the recall and that they could not sell it on their lot

We have bought several cars in the past but never had the experience we had with Erik, like I said he listened to us which is so important, and that's how he picked the right car for us!
Maintenance contract resolution - Glen j
I had written an earlier review about misrepresentation of the number of oil changes allowed in my maintenance contract on our 2017 Hunter Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The financial representative at time of purchase had said multiple times when asked that oil changes were covered for three years . At 15 months we found out that the contract covered only two oil changes per year for a total of six oil changes . At 3,500 miles per oil change we ran out at 15 months . We spoke with Hunter about what the finance representative had said and initially they said there wasn't much they could do , it was a friday afternoon late . I was pretty disappointed. But the Hunter Group was very concerned with my satisfaction and multiple managers called and emailed me over the last several days. Though they were under no obligation to do so they made it right . We are pleased by this as the service you receive there is top notch, professional and courteous. Thanks Hunter for listening and caring . Sincerely Glen R Judd
