Matt, our Service Advisor, is great. He got us a loaner vehicle even though we showed up the day before our appointment. That's especially helpful since we live 3 1/2 hours away from Flow. The service and repairs were completed earlier than the original estimate. Josh, the Service Manager, was also there when we arrived and returned our rental car! Clearly, customer service is more than just a slogan.

I drive over 100 miles for service at Flow Mini for my 2011 Mini Clubman and they’re worth every mile. Ryan in the service department is great at his job. My loaner car is wonderful and I even got to drive it home as my Mini wasn’t finished. Then, they delivered my car to me. Wow!
Repairs are not much fun but Flow Mini made it not so painful. Highly recommend this dealership for service.

I've used this dealership for service on two occasions over the past six months. Both times, Dana Fredericksen has been my Service Manager. The first trip was necessary due to noises coming from the ABS system whenever I would go over small speed humps. I learned that a reprogramming of the computer was necessary and it would take a couple of hours to complete. The reprogramming took care of the problem and it hasn't been an issue for the past 3,000 miles.
Yesterday, the flexible service system indicated that my front brake pads needed to be replaced. The FSS also indicated that my rear brake pads had less than 500 miles before they would need to be replaced also. Both were done under the 3/36 Maintenance contract at no charge.
I had delayed buying a Mini for several years because of the service horror stories I've read on some of the major auto enthusiast web sites. I finally took the plunge and I've found the service department at Hendrick to be outstanding. Dana is awsome!
