On May 2, 2019 We purchased a used RV that Garner, NC Camping World had on consignment. When we advised Garner World the temporary tags had expired and DMV had no record of activity on the title (possible processing limitations) Camping World said it was a VIN # issue. DMV got the numbers and said the RV was titled in NC as a 2008 and Camping World was trying to title it as a 2010. No word from Camping World. On July 26, 2019 DMV Inspector went by Camping World and said there were two ways to get the RV titled. No word from Camping World. Called Camping World the following week and was told the Inspector didn't know what be was talking about, they were going to call their lawyer. A week later, No word from Camping World. After a week we told the Garner Camping World manager, Joseph Hoey, we wanted our money back. He said he was going to sue the Inspector. It's August 9, 2019, a week later and still no word from Camping World of Garner.

Tonya Moneymaker is great, the camper is not. I purchased a new travel trailer for $50,000.00. The skylight over the shower leaks, the toilet leaks, shower floor is soft as if rotting underneath, cabinet pull cracked, window won’t close, automatic leveling doesn’t work, backsplash is loose, chip in countertop. This trailer was delivered by Camping World and has never left the spot where it was delivered. What will happen if we dare travel with it? Would you want a refund? They won’t issue one. Camping World does not stand by their products.
Bad customer service - Friendly campers
We purchased a Thor Motor coach, to be pacific, 2018 Ace 29.3 that had a warranty issue with water leak inside coach, was told to bring it in and they, CW, would see what was going on, this was in December of 2018, waited 3 weeks, had to call to see if we were going to get it back in time for use in 2019. We live in Hickory and had to return two more trips because it wasn’t fixed, racked up miles and wasted over$ 200 in gas just to be told it was fixed, then had the nerve to try and charge us for a diagnostic fee because of another item that was not working according to the warranty specifications, then were told to step away from Service Desk because of the dispute by
Mehu Mopat, We never got our coach fixed and no one has bother to check to see if it was fixed. Buyer beware they are lacking in creditable when it comes to service and sales, won’t be buying anymore RV s from Camping World of Statesville.
