I have been a customer for many years at Tindol, and have always been treated exceptionally well. I would like to commend Josh Carver, once again, for his professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding treatment of his clients. Also, I would like to laud Heather for her sparkling and positive personality at checkout. The new “Fast Lane” is a fantastic idea, and makes the regular maintenance and NC inspection process move faster. Also, the communication between Josh and Bryan (mechanic), and then back to me was timely and helpful. Lastly, almost every time ANY employee of Tindol came through the waiting area, they had a warm smile and interacted briefly with us. The team at Tindol Ford is truly phenomenal!

Two years ago I went to Tri-City Ford to buy my car because they offered the best price on the vehicle I wanted. I have gone back to the dealership for most of my routine maintenance and have been very happy with their diligence and courtesy. When I get ready to buy my next car, I will go back to this dealer even though it is a 45 minute drive from my house. Their service both before and after the sale has been outstanding.

They do not keep you updated. You have to call them and it takes them a long time to return the call. The transmission slips. The technician drove the car and the transmission acted up after a 40 minute drive. He said it wasn't happening enough for him to diagnose. Even I know the transmission is slipping and if a transmission slips every 40 minutes in a day that seems like a lot to me! They charged me and told me "It was only $175." For WHAT!! So you can tell me you experienced the same thing as I did!!!! They did nothing. Don't return calls, have to call them for status, can't diagnose a problem or even suggest what's happening when it happens to them. $175 is a lot to hand someone who has done nothing and had your car for a week.

University Ford North went above and beyond to service my 2017 Ford Escape. It was having an electrical issue that was difficult to diagnosis but the service department fit my car into their busy schedule and kept with the car until the issue was resolved. They were professional and extremely helpful in keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and following up with me to be sure the issue was resolved.

This shop is a joke, Had car in for brake problems, fixed wrong thing, problem occurred again that night not 60 miles down the road. THEN the part they replaced went bad and I had to take it into another dealer to get it fixed right. They are a two bit second rate shop. I wouldn't let them work on my granddaughters tricicle. Better have triple A on speed dial if you use them . If I could rate no stars I would.
