The customer service is very questionable. Bought tires here last year and now they will not honor free tire rotation. They claim I have to have an oil change with the rotation. I get free oil change where I bought the car why would I pay for them? They also DO NOT honor the coupons that Chevrolet mails to me. I will NEVER be going back here.

They do not keep you updated. You have to call them and it takes them a long time to return the call. The transmission slips. The technician drove the car and the transmission acted up after a 40 minute drive. He said it wasn't happening enough for him to diagnose. Even I know the transmission is slipping and if a transmission slips every 40 minutes in a day that seems like a lot to me! They charged me and told me "It was only $175." For WHAT!! So you can tell me you experienced the same thing as I did!!!! They did nothing. Don't return calls, have to call them for status, can't diagnose a problem or even suggest what's happening when it happens to them. $175 is a lot to hand someone who has done nothing and had your car for a week.

University Ford North went above and beyond to service my 2017 Ford Escape. It was having an electrical issue that was difficult to diagnosis but the service department fit my car into their busy schedule and kept with the car until the issue was resolved. They were professional and extremely helpful in keeping me updated on the status of my vehicle and following up with me to be sure the issue was resolved.

WOW, I was waiting for this survey. I had an appointment at 2:00 on Wednesday to get my oil and filter changed on my 2017 Passat. I got to your shop about 15 minutes early. I sat outside because of this virus going around. I did not have a issue with that. You had benches set up outside. The first issue I had was after i had walked in to tell your guy I was there and I wanted my oil changed. I asked if they could check my front end because it made a clunky noise when I first starting driving and turned to the left. I said that the car had 35,000 miles and I know your warranty policies of 3 and 5 years. He guy came outside and said that my car was out of warranty (3 years, 36000 miles November of 2019. Now that made me mad. The technician has to pull off the plastic skid plate to change the oil and also has to drive the car into the shop, and put it on the hoist. They guy said he would have to charge me $65.00 to look at it. What a joke. Second issue was at 4:00 another guy came out and told me that he check on my car and find out what was going on he said he would be back in 15 minutes(car had been there 2 hours so far). At 4:30 the same guy came out and said I needed a cabin filter and wipers and asked if I wanted them changed. Gee, do you think what I said? NO!!! He said he would get the car washed and back in 15 minutes. Car pulled up in front at 5:00 30 minutes later. Now the positive thing was you didn't charge me labor. WOW 3 hour oil change, and I saved about $10.00 for labor. Can't wait to schedule another appointment. NOT!!! Wurst customer service that I have ever had. Mark Pederson

Went in for a oil change, tire rotation, and a inspection. They said it had a broken windshield wipers blade and would not pass inspection unless they replaced them at a cost of over 50 dollars. Would still have to pay for inspection if I didn't. Had used the wipers the day before they were not broke or I would had them replaced before trying to get inspection. That is called extortion! Would never buy a car from them or get any service done except oil change and that is only for maintenance records. I have a extended warranty on the car or would not even do that.

My Review is directed to the Dealership and the Service Department, this is “service” after the sale. I took my 2021 Ram 1500 in for it’s first service since I purchased it today 3-25-23, after they preformed the service and after I got home I couldn’t tell that my tires were actually rotated, there were no signs that they were rotated and knowing that rotating the tires increases the life of them, I questioned if they actually did as they said, being that this was on a Saturday and the service department closed once they completed their scheduled appointment’s I was unable to speak to anyone that afternoon, that’s when I left a bad review that I have since deleted, the service manager called me back on Monday morning concerning my inquiry about them doing as they said, he invited me to come by and look at a video that showed the complete service they preformed on my truck including the tire rotation. Not only did they do as they said, I was impressed with the care for the vehicle that was taken while preforming the service, needless to say I immediately apologized for my comments and the poor review I had left for them, I would highly recommend for anyone to take their vehicle to them for any service needs they may have, I know I will. Thank you Victory Dodge for the commitment to excellent service not only to vehicle service but to the customers as well.
