My 2007 Forester required a pretty complicated diagnostic and the service team at Flow led by service advisor Nolan stuck with it until the problem was located and resolved. Courteous and attentive throughout, the level of attention received was way beyond my expectation, actually the best I've ever experienced in a dealership. My highest recommendations to Flow!

Service provider Bruce took the time to explain that a module may be causing the "service needed" code involving one of our car's headlights. He advised that he had dealt with a similar issue in the past and would do more research to determine if the module in question was in fact causing the problem. We really appreciated his taking the time to explain what he was doing, as well as continuing to research the issue before replacing what may or may not be the right part. Bruce has serviced our Volvos in the past and we value his expertise regarding them.

Was just there a week or two ago. Had mediocre service. Difficult to schedule an appointment, scheduler couldn't give me information, she said she had to have an advisor call me back with information and pricing and that she didn't know, she didn't even take down my concerns correctly and apparently forgot I needed a loaner car so they were scrambling for a long time to get me something to drive. The advisor was not in touch with me throughout the entire service process at all!! I had no idea what was going on and had to call several times to try to get an update on my vehicle. All around not impressed!! (Although, the techs were extremely knowledgable and professional, and gave me helpful and detailed information, info that the advisor couldn't explain at all. The advisor even claimed to have no idea that something was done to my car, even though I found it myself, as it was clearly written out in my paperwork right in front of him.) Also, Absent service manager the whole time too, & nobody knew where he went, because I tried to speak with him as well at some point. This place is nothing special.

Took my car in for a service and it came back with bent trim they refused to fix!! How does the cars chrome trim just unglue itself and bend directly vertical while driving and me not notice? The service department is a joke and I clearly inconvenienced them. Will never go back here again. Volvo should be ashamed to allow them to be apart of their company. Also, the oil change was $105!!!

I brought my car to this location for excessive shaking issue. I have proof they had my car a total amount of over 70 days trying to figure out the issue. They kept sending it back with it still shaking because they couldn’t figure it out. Then the last time they sent it back they said 3 rims were bent and it was not covered under my warranty. How in the world could they not figure out it was 3 rims from balancing the tires the first day? Let alone almost 3 months! I bought the car from Carvana and they said because Volvo had my car for that long, even providing proof, they won’t fix the rims or replace because I had the car too long and it was outside of their warranty. So how does that work? I have a service guy at Volvo telling me “sorry it’s taking so long, to be honest, it’s taking this long because our techs don’t get paid for working on your car so they have to work on cars that pay them and then your car here and there”. Literally the exact thing he told me. My car sits and sits and the techs can’t figure out the issue and I engage Volvo corporate to get involved and then all of a sudden it’s 3 bent rims and they won’t replace them. What a terrible experience and 100% volvos fault Carvana won’t replace the rims and Volvo won’t step up and replace them. Never again. -Brandon Maxwell

Absolutely ridiculous customer service in the service department. On two separate occasions they have canceled repair appointments, after we have already arrived and waited for over an hour, because the special ordered part was no longer available. Hector, the manager, kindly reached out to help us resolve this but zero follow through has occurred and two weeks later, we still have a broken car and I am trying to chase down someone in the service department--again. I will NEVER buy a car from this dealership which is unfortunate as their sales team is lovely but simply cannot handle my time being wasted by their service team. Go someplace else to buy or fix your Volvo!! Do not waste your time!
