1 day late and they're threatening repo. I've purchased 2 vehicles from them. I took them lots of documentation regarding losing my job (as she requested) and the "finance" lady said that it still won't stop repo process. They have NO SENSE OF LOYALTY FOR THE CUSTOMER AND ARE MONEY HUNGRY! This is the last time I'll do business with them. I need my car so I had to use bill MONEY. I told her this, and she just says "Ok. We'll take the money. Will your next payment be on time?" Awful customer, awful people skills. Dallas location on Harry Hines Blvd. The Desoto, Texas store is A LOT better. That's where I purchased my other two vehicles from. Stay away from the Harry Hines store, especially the "finance dept". #JOKE

I bought a 2002 Chevy Malibu with 109,000 miles on it for $4100 plus tax, title, and tags of for $190, for a total of $4290. I was told by my mechanic that was a fair price. It drove smoothly in the test drive. I bought the Malibu as is, with no warranty. Jerry told me there was a little trouble with the key and I might have to jiggle it to get it out. I went straight to my pharmacy and could not get the key out. I went to my mechanic at Snapdragon. He got the key out then we tried to start the car. The ignition would not turn. It was frozen. I did not even have the car two hours and I could not drive it. My mechanic argued with Jerry. Jerry finally agreed to pay for the parts for the lock and ignition. I had to pay the labor. Jerry had reminded me the car was sold as is and said he was doing me a favor. I did not favor his selling me a used car that was defective. Thank God for a good and honest mechanic.

All 5 stars truly earned. Top notch dealership in all aspects from working with the customers to get what they want, to ensuring all concerns and issues are addressed. I got an amazing deal on a 2012 Chevy Traverse. I shopped around and similar vehicles at other dealerships, including new car dealerships had more mileage and a higher price tag. I don't know how Mike pulls it off but he gets top quality pre owned cars. The staff was truly amazing and treats you like family. Highly recommend KarMike USA for a pleasurable car buying experience!

I called three times, left messages each time with the name of phone number. No one returned my call. Third call. I finally got a salesman after holding oN about five minutes. Every question I asked the salesman he had to go to the sales manager for the answer, I asked to speak to the sales manager, and he would not talk to me. I made a cash offer. He said I have to come in before they will even discuss it I live in Myrtle Beach and Fayetteville is over two hours away. I would not rather far if I didn’t know what the cash price was going to be. Salesman said it had it for several months I had two or three people interested but no one purchased a car , I’m a buyer, but they didn’t care, I had to ask the salesman to take my name and number. they also charge over $500 documentarily to whatever price is agreed on. I am waiting for the sales manager to call me. I guess they don’t care whether they sell the car or not. Wayne Hemphill

We just bought our first car from Larry Whicker Motors, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. I had checked out convertibles at two other local dealerships, but I was treated better and was offered a higher trade-in value at LWM. They are professional, personable, show high integrity, and most importantly Larry and his people go "above and beyond". Larry noticed I had nearly-new tires on my trade-in, so he proactively offered to add new tires to the car we wanted. Later on, Daniel answered all my email questions then kept me informed on the progress of detailing and tire install, while we waited for our car to be ready. Megan was timely in providing me exact numbers on the deal, plus she was efficient and professional in finalizing the paperwork -- even calling our insurance company to expedite our immediate coverage. Finally, LWM made sure that we had a full tank of gas and that our new car was immaculately detailed. Larry, Daniel, Zack, and Megan are all to be commended for such great customer service. I will be sure to go there first in the future, when looking for another used vehicle!

Very unprofessional and deceiving. If you're looking for a vehicle, don't trust this place to give you a correct description of the car. I would not recommend trusting their word if you plan on coming from any decent distance. Here is my experience with this used car dealership. My mom found a 2001 Honda Accord listed on their website for $3,995. She's been looking for that particular car since we owned one years ago. I read the description which states: "We have checked and double checked the mechanics of this car to make sure it is perfect." That was a lie. after we test drove it, and I turned the car on and off 3 times, the SRS light came on, I tested the windshield wipers and the rubber blades were falling off, the taillights had water in them and the trunk was leaking. There's more, the ad also states "We have made sure that this Honda has kept its same faultless beauty as when it first rolled out the factory doors. The interior is spotless with no rips, stains, or blemishes of any kind." This is is a lie as well. The drivers seat is ripped, don't believe me? Ask them to take a picture of the drivers seat from a viewpoint of entering the car from a distance of 3 feet. Also, the armrest is water damaged, most likely from someone forgetting to close the sunroof and it raining on it. The headliner in the rear of the car is falling down, the back bumper is a different shade of gold than the rest of the car because it was in an ACCIDENT and the body has scratches all over it. Also, the snaps on the passenger side rear pumper are broken, causing the plastic molding to push away from the vehicle. All of these things are verifiable by asking them for pictures of said issues. We drove all the way from Philadelphia to purchase this car and were assured by Cindy that the description is 100% correct as I know this is an older vehicle and it's extremely rare to find any car this old in the condition they said it was in. She lied directly to me and I have the email to prove it. After seeing the amount of issues with the car I said to Leonard, this car is not what you made me to believe, do you have any wiggle room as I'd still buy it but not for $3,995. He said "no I don't" and closed his book. From start to finish the experience I've had with them was nothing short of terrible. I'm used to dealing with xxxxxx as I live outside of Philadelphia, but the lying and the ignorance that was displayed here takes the cake. If they respond and try to dispute my claims, you can go to their office tomorrow and look at the vehicle yourself if you're close and you'll see I'm telling the truth. I would not take the word of any of these people who work here, go look at the vehicles yourself and have a mechanic check them out before you buy one, you're that daring to trust them in the first place. Also, I would recommend for anyone thinking about taking a long trip to buy a car from them, don't. And lastly, if you're going to have them ship you a car based off of their promises, I would highly suggest you change your mind.

Got our 2nd great car there in a year. First 1 for my son and was so impressed I just purchased my car from them at a great price. Then the service manager was so nice when I brought my car back for a few minor things we caught after purchasing, like the regular service light came on shortly after we bought it, he not only offered to do it, but changed the oil and made sure everything was top notch for me. This made me feel extremely safer due to I drive with my kids in the car. Since it was going to take a few hours to get done, he drove me home so I didnt have to sit at the dealership and he had to go that way anyway. He also didnt judge me on my zero knowledge of car parts especially diesel and referred to things as Fluidmoobobber, and Thingamajigs. I will definitely be returning for my service and car purchasing needs as well as referring friends and family.

Since the purchase I have had to replace the bushings in the drag link, the track bar, upper and lower ball joints, and the rear differential seal. I have also had to replace the radio wiring, and the cruise control. Stay away from this place, at all costs. If this were a new vehicle, it would have qualified for a Lemon Law claim.

I did a lot of internet searching and phone calling trying to find a van I wanted at the right price. RG Motors had a van that I was interested in. After running a Carfax report and finding out it was a one owner with less than average mileage I contacted the dealership. Reggie quoted me a fair price and I went to test drive it a couple of days later. The vehicle was very clean and in excellent shape. I was allowed to keep the van most of the day and never felt any pressure from Reggie or Jay. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

Horrible experience! I was sold a shinny piece of crap for $15,000. There was problems from the get go and they agreed to fix it but being a woman I was taken advantage of. I took this car back to the dealership twice to be repaired and the repairman was rude and so hateful to me, the salesman said he was like that to everybody, like that made it okay. The problem wasn't fixed the first time so I had to take it back. I guess they was just hoping they could tell me they fixed it and I would just go away. Never once did the apologize, instead I was treated harshly. The second time I asked for some paperwork showing what had been done so that I could have service records on the vehicle and the repairman did not want to go though the trouble of printing something up but did because I insisted. Now, a year later I still owe over $12,000 on a car and have done $2,000 in repairs and I'm told I need a whole new engine which is about $3,000. Nothing but problems out of this car every since I've had it and basically this 2007 GMC Envoy Denali isn't worth fixing or worth what I owe on it. Never have I felt so taken advantage of. The salesman was so nice when I purchased the vehicle but that only lasted until the papers were signed, once I called a couple of days later with problems they were anything but nice. They got one over on me and took me for thousands of dollars but hopefully this review will save someone else. This place needs to be shut down. If you had a similar experience please write reviews and file a complaint with the BBB as I have. They are also listed on ripoffreport.com website and you file a complain there too.
