Five star customer service. Anna Sbarro reached out during one of our service visits regarding a possible trade of our Outback and has been very courteous/helpful. Five star customer service. We met Josh Toler while looking for a vehicle and dealt with him during the purchase of a used vehicle. Josh spent ample time letting us try out the car and having it checked out by a third party mechanic. Also very courteous/helpful. Five star customer service. Mark, Anna and Josh are excellent representatives of Randy Marion Subaru! Travis Philbrook made a very poor impression. Would not buy another vehicle from this dealership if he were involved in any way.
