I had a pleasant experience without feeling any pressure. I laughed and joked with the people there like we were old friends. I made it clear that I was only exploring the option, not there to necessarily buy but it turned out that I did buy and honestly, it was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. All of my questions and concerns were addressed along with reassurance that if I had any other questions, to not hesitate to reach out. Nice part about that was that they meant it. I've worked with people a long time and you can always tell when someone says 'don't hesitate to reach out' if it's honest or just xx.

Buying my VW Tiguan was as simple a process as is possible. Dustin Hermanson assisted in the process without pressuring. He answered all my questions and explained things that I didn’t even know I needed to know! Dustin spent much time with me explaining and showing all the features on the Tiguan. Since my last vehicle didn’t have many of these features I had many questions and he took all the time needed to answer. I definitely would recommend BMC as the place to buy a vehicle and Dustin assisting the sale would be a bonus.
